Alesis Module Mount Percussion Mounting Plate

The Alesis Module Mount mounting plate for multi-pad electronic percussion instruments is exactly what I was looking for. It provides a very solid and secure mounting solution for attaching a module to a stand or rack setup. The build quality is excellent. Inexpensive alternative to the Roland.

You need this if you want to mount the Control Pad on a drum rack or stand. Alesis includes the mounting screws to some of their other pieces so you can use the slightly cheaper Roland mount, but......... Alesis does not include the screw on the new Control Pad (and they're metric) so if you want to mount the Control Pad on a stand then get the Alesis mount because it COMES WITH THE SCREWS to attach it. I gave it four stars because the price on this is very high for what you get, it's a 5-cent piece of molded plastic and four screws for an outrageous price IMO, but I guess it's a small market, it's no wonder at this price point. Still, the mount does hold the unit well and I needed it, I'm glad Alesis offers it so I could have it mount cleanly and solidly to our studio drum rack. I love the Control Pad and the Sample Pad, both great additions to a recording setup. Good luck and good music to all.

If you're looking for a mount for the DDTi this fits it perfectly. It is made of plastic, but it is pretty heavy duty as far as plastic goes. I have no fear of this failing. Does have screws for mounting.

Es de plástico para bien y para mal. Es ligero, funcional, práctico e incluso robusto (en cuanto a que parece duradero) pero es de plástico, debería costar menos de la mitad del precio. Tuve la versión anterior, que era de metal (¿aluminio?) y costaba lo mismo, así que esta es mi única queja.

Used on a Yamaha dtx12 pad - the Yamaha equivalent mount is an extortionate price and this one works equally well.

Works great! Fits perfectly with the Alesis module! The only thing that needs Specifying is this is compatible with almost any DRUM RACKS / Rack Clamps!! Not tom arms or cymbal stands. I had to use a hardware clamp to connect my module to an old cymbal stand. I tightened it all up with a wrench and it's all good so far! Can adjust any angle I want!
