It technically is a floss band, and it can do the things it's supposed to do, just not very well. The band material is too thin and slick, so it doesn't hold well to itself, and folds up more than other bands I've used. And for not holding to itself while in use, it certainly sticks to itself after being put away for a few days, making it hard to unroll, yet it still won't hold well after unrolling

The bands are too slick to secure on either end when you're wrapping them. You end up having to hold them in place while flossing. Waste of money. Just get the real thing instead.

I found these to be a value to the expensive ones used in PT. Helps on my leg during exercises and the blood flow after it's removed is noticeable. You probably knew about these but I had no idea such a thing existed. I suppose you can pay more - but why?

I am able to do the ATG ankle workouts with ease with these. Definitely recommend

Smells weird and not grippy

These bands are very thin. Much thinner than other brands. They look like they will rip during regular use. Not worth buying. I returned them.
