Are accessories available? I would like to get another green silicone part where you insert the aerosol medication. Really helps my heavey horse.

Not sure if you can get parts/pieces of the unit. Try contacting the manufacture in Canada Trudell Medical International 725 Third Street London, ON N5V 5G4 Canada

Is it reusable or only good for one ten day treatment?

Reusable. I use it with an inhaler for a horse that has allergies. Works great.

Does this include the puffer medicine? I can't tell if this is just the equipment or if it is also the medicine ... thx

Just the equipment. You get the medicine from your vet.
