Why is my pedal producing noticeable hum, buzz, or unexpected background noise?

Digital pedals require clean power. Ensure you use an isolated, regulated 9V DC center negative power supply delivering at least 400mA. Avoid non-isolated daisy chains. If connected to a mixer, try toggling the GND/LIFT switch.

Does the R-15 include a power adapter?

No, the power adapter is not included. It requires a 9V DC center-negative adapter. No battery compartment—adapter only. Isolated power supply recommended for cleanest performance.

Can I connect the XLR output straight to a mixer or PA?

Yes! Set CAB SIM to XLR:ON and plug in via XLR. Crucial: ensure 48V phantom power on that mixer channel is switched OFF before connecting to avoid circuit damage. Flip the LIFT switch if ground loop hum appears.

How do I store a modified tone setting to a channel?

Turn any knob to shape your sound (channel LED will flash). To lock settings, press and hold that channel's footswitch until the LED stays solid. If not saved, your adjustments remain active until you switch channels.

How do the three CAB SIM switch modes work?

OFF disables cab sim on both outputs. XLR:ON/6.35:OFF routes cab sim to PA via XLR while sending raw preamp to your stage amp. XLR:ON/6.35:ON activates 4x12 cab sim across both 1/4" and XLR connections.
