ZOSI 3K Lite 16CH Wired Security Camera System, 12 X 2MP Cameras, 4TB HDD

The pictures are crisp and very clear. The cameras are within a sturdy aluminum housing with glass (not plexiglass which will fog up with time) over the lens & infrared bulbs. TB of memory is cheap now so I paid a little extra and went with the 4TB to double the record times. Physical installation was as expected (a few days) if you do a good job. I also purchased the optional 100 ft BNC/power cables for attic installation and was glad I did. Software installation was ok. I'm old school and want a printed manual to read and make notes on. The manual is on-line and is skimpy. Zosi is doing what most companies do now, provide short videos and short on-line instructions to FAQs but I'm not one to do a lot of hunting and pecking on the internet. Here's where Zosi does better than others, ***there on-line support personnel are very good!***. The support personnel (the awesome one I've worked with is named Yoyo) respond back with detailed instructions and wait for it....short, specific video links to show you step-by-step instructions. Ask detailed questions get detailed instructions without hunting and pecking! Save emails in a unique folder for future reference. Once you get the knack for the software you'll find you can adjust the sensitivity, motion zones and a whole host of other things for each individual camera. Setting the alarm times and alarm types are simple enough. NOTE: All system entries are via mouse clicks with NO keyboard entries. As with all passwords, on the DVR or Zosi Apps, write down the User ID and passwords, end NOTE. Their Android app (Zosi Smart View) works well on my cell phone. Some complain that they don't get notifications on their phones...simply adjust your battery settings to allow Zosi software to use necessary battery output to notify you of motion (problem fixed). Email notification works very well (detailed instructions provided again by the awesome Yoyo). We found that we did NOT need Zosi View since Zosi Smart View app provided all that we needed and more. For my Windows laptop I loaded Zosi AVSS so I can view/monitor/review the system when I'm away from home without using my cell's data. Very good system for the price! Hope this helps.

Do not buy it. After 3 months I lost the connection to 4 of the cameras. Happened by itself. Pins are broken seems like by itself. Poor quality. Not reliable.

This is a tremendous product. Has worked great since install. The customer service team is also amazing. Had two cameras break and Cathy worked with me to get me new ones. Great product and great company. Definitely be working with them again as we expand our needs.

Tech support was great, did not have access to my fist email so I could not put the remote viewing to my new phone. Slina was my Tech support. My issue was resolved quickly and I got back access to my system.
