My husband drinks this coffee daily. He likes the strong, smooth taste and the ease of the K-cup. We like that this company offers the Columbian in 80 count.

Ok-ish, on the weak side, mud-like feeling when drinking.
The coffee is well packed in a sturdy box, which is great given Amazon's notoriously negligent packing and bundling. The coffee is on the weak side, and so is the taste. I would say it is like two-to-one watered normal coffee. On the positive side, it is not bitter or sour, which I appreciate. There is something wrong with how the coffee is ground, and fine particles end up in the cup, giving the drinker a mud-like experience. I am not sure if I will buy another box, even though the price is acceptable.

...but, this time, the pods do not fit my Keurig 2.0. I have 1 unopened box of 42 cups. How can I return it and get a refund?
