can dogs see this in the dark or is the glow more for humans?

These balls have holes in them for the dogs safety. If you have a ball without a hole (like a tennis ball) if the dog creates a small hole, then squishes the ball with their cheek/tongue against the hole, when they release it can cause damage to the mouth tissue as it is sucked inside the ball.
