Seeing the price compared to other cheap $4 ones I could get, I began with high expectations for Sebastian mousse. I have the kind of hair that does not like to be controlled and its almost impossible to get it to work with a lot of the hair products out there. Over all it got me through the day, without the feeling of getting home looking in the mirror and thinking I hope I didn't look like that all day. This is one of 10 different moussse brands I have tried so far and this is one of two that actually works on my hair, but it still doesn't produce the results I would have wanted compared to another cheaper one I've been using. Good mousse but I'm still in the search for the perfect mousse.

I admit I am not an expert on hairstyling products and have nothing to compare this mousse to, but I absolutely love it! My hair is very fine and thin, and a few years ago started to get very frizzy. I spent a lot of time pulling it out while blow drying, starightening with a flat iron - all worked for a few hours or a day at most. Since my hair is also very dry, I don't wash it every day, so frizziness was a real problem. I didn't want to use hair spray because I hate the way it makes my hair feel, and bought this mousse based on my hairdresser's recommendation. I absolutely love it! I only need a very small amount to apply to my hair after washing it, and blow drying takes very little effort - hair just gets straight almost instantly. Also love the way my hair feels - not greasy, very natural, like it's not even there. It also gives my hair more volume. Results last for a few days, so no need to use flat iron between washes. It costs more than what I normally spend on shampoo or conditioner, but I expect it to last a fairly long time, and once it's gone I will be willing to buy it again.

Performance-wise, it's on par with other mousses I've tried - not necessarily better, but definitely not worse. The standout feature is definitely how it avoids that dreaded crunchy, stiff feeling that some mousses can leave behind. The catch? The price point is definitely on the higher end. While it's a solid product, I'm not convinced the results justify the premium cost compared to more budget-friendly alternatives. Verdict: Would I repurchase? Maybe - but only if I catch it on sale. While it's a nice product, it's not revolutionary enough to justify the full price when similar results can be achieved with less expensive options. Best suited for: Those who prioritize natural-feeling hold and hate sticky, crunchy mousses. Tip: Focus application at the roots for best volume results.

This mousse is amazing. My hair is thin and flat but when I use this mousse and blow dry, it gets thicker and fuller each day, use a handful! I just get out of bed and brush!!! First day not so much, the next 6 days —full and thick!

This is my favourite hair mousse. It keeps my hair looking good and still allows movement. The product brushes out easily.

Not much to say about this product other than it does what it's supposed to. It resists heat, defrizzes curls, and accentuates waves, It is the perfect styling agent to add texture and protection to your hair.
