To use them you will have to buy a larger size bra, otherwise it will be difficult to hold. I already had this kind of item, but it was not like that, these are rather heavy.

Bought these to give myself a little boost of confidence and ended up almost suffocating in my cleavage. The pads are bigger than you think - so maybe order a little smaller than you think you should! Very effective.

These silicone pads were very stiff & hard. They will not mold to your shape.

I think these are great but I do have some personal issues with them. So I purchased these because one of my breasts are bigger than the other, as most women are. My issue is one is quite a bit smaller than the other. So I heard about breast enhancers or bra enhancers on the internet somewhere and decided to try it. I went by the chart and the chart and my bigger breast is a C cup. So I purchased I believe the large that correlated with the C cup. So when they came in I was like wow these are huge! To my shock though I put it in under my smaller breast and put my bra on and my breasts are finally look the same size! They look even and I’m so happy. Now my small personal issues with them is that yes they are indeed warm but I do find sometimes when I’m at work if I kinda like... rub my breast against my arm or something the wrong way I can feel a little bit of sweat between the enhancer thing and my breast kinda rub against each other a little which personally kinda just grosses me out. Totally may not be a problem for someone else, maybe I’m just weird. Definitely can’t tell it’s there though other wise.Pros: helps unbalanced breast, very thick enhancers, warmCons: boob sweatUPDATE: This boob inserts material gave me an itch rash infection where it was sitting. Went to my dermatologist and she told me I was allergic to the material. Was prescribed steroid cream for it. Don’t use it anymore.

I love these silicone inserts they aren't perfect but what ever really is you can see from my photos pros and consFirst 3 pictures my cleavage looks fantastic4th picture not so great for 1 there isn't enough support to hold these inserts in a bathing suit top unless made more like a bra with padding and always under wired5 the picture is my chest without insertsI don't suggest sizing up in bra size to accommodate inserts you'll have a negative out come like me in my bikini top picture I'm a small I bought a medium this also adds to lack of supportI also recommend using padded push up bras underwired and fuller coverage silicone inserts may tend to peek out from the top of bra not a big deal overall these little things do there job prior to this I could not wear certain tops due to sag and stretching
