This is a beautiful piece of leather shaped into a nicely made portfolio. It's got some great stitching, quality of leather and design. I wanted to treat myself to something nice because I work very hard (don't we all) and once in a while, it's what seemingly keeps us sane. This is extravagant enough for me to be beautiful, nicely designed but simple. It's got places for business cards (or credit), an iPad if you so choose and also a few little surprises to make my day a lot easier to get through. The leather is very impressive and fragrant and it also came well-oiled. Overall, I absolutely love this and think it should last quite a long time. It's a nice piece and well worth the money. As I've said before, I've paid a lot more for a lot less!

This portfolio it made of genuine leather. Perfect rustic look. It has that wonderful leather smell too. The pocket for your tablet works perfectly for my remarkable tablet. Business card slot is the correct size. I like the way it is designed to hold your notebook. It makes it easy to food a page over and tuck it. This has been a problem on other cheap portfolios. This one is well constructed with quality leather.

I have been very pleased with this portfolio. I wanted to treat myself to a nice leather one that would age and gain some character, and this guy fits the bill. It hasn't worn quickly either, it looks almost as good as the day I bought it. Has been riding around with me to and from work every day for over half a year. Stitching is top notch and hasn't popped anywhere. I have it fairly loaded up with files at the moment too, no complaints. Actually here to buy a tablet holder from the same folks and thought I ought to leave a reveiw while I was here. Wonderful quality, and it's going to just look better and better with age.

The leather was very good quality. It is a distressed finished so if that isn’t what you had in mind this isn’t the right portfolio for you. Great storage features. I think this will hold up to a lot of use. The only wish I have and was disappointed in was the logo was branded on the front bottom right corner. For business purposes it would look more professional if it were on the inside or on the back but disappointing they chose the front. I think this cheapens the look a bit. If the logo weren’t there it would be five stars.

I can't say enough good things about this product. I like that the proceeds are going for a good cause, and the quality is very good.

I spent a few days researching Padfolios and each time could not find one that hit every one of my requirements. I am a fan of the natural leather look, especially as they wear in. At the time there were limited reviews of this item, but after comparing to all the others on my list, this offered the most features, design, and quality for the price and I am glad that I did. The internal pen loop on mine was larter than I anticipated based on other reviews. I was able to easily insert a Lamy Al-Star pen which is held tightly even though the listing images only show a thin pencil. It's possible that each is made differently or the manufacturer has increased the loop's capacity size since other reviews were posted. My padfolio arrived well packaged and in a dust cover I can reuse for other purposes, nothing fancy but a nice touch. There were no obvious design flaws, no spots of poor leather and overall I am very pleased. In its first hour of use I got at least 2 compliments. The one tiny flaw I found was that the button pouch is not wide enough to fit a standard letter sized piece of paper without bending the page when the clasp is secured. This is not a huge deal for me as I expected the pouch to hold folded papers and other miscellaneous things, but with no other compartment or flap for storing loose pages, it could be a deal breaker for some.
