Great for Neapolitan pizzas
Best floor i have used for Neapolitan pizza. Used for 48hr fermentation and got great results. Stretched with the caputo semolina was the best i have made.

Love love love
My favourite flour to make pizza and focaccia. Gives a nice crunch in the outside but soft in the middle. But then again, you need a good recipe and a good technique. Keep baking folks

Fluffy
Very good Flour , I really struggled with getting the correct hydration for my pizza with this flour as it’s super light.. however , it’s not the flour’s fault it was mine .. When adjusted and cooked , it was lovely nice and fluffy .

Excellent!
Just did a 24 hour proof BIGA at room temp, and a few more hours once the last bit of flour and water added. Was way too windy to get the ooni out so just did a chorizo and onion pizza in oven at max temp. The crust rose WAY more than expected and the next time ill be pressing out the base much further to the edge of the dough. Was a light and airy crust and the base resisted sogginess very well.

Das Mehr ist in gewohnter super Qualität von Caputo. Der Teig wird mit diesem Mehl noch besser. Der Rand wird noch luftiger. Absolut geeignet für Neapolitanische Pizzas.🍕

Perfekte Mehlmischung für Pizza Napoli
Mit diesem Mehl bekomme ich einen perfekten Pizzarand. - 1000g Mehl - 620 ml kaltes Wasser - 25 g Salz - 1,5 g Hefe Mischen - 1h gehen lassen - in 6 Kugeln formen - für 2 Tage in den Kühlschrank. 4 - 5 h vor dem Backen raus aus dem Kühlschrank. Teig dehen - nicht mit dem Nudelholz arbeiten. Auf den Pizzastein auf dem Holzkohlegrill - perfetto!
