Why did you pick this product vs others?: To put it simply, this mirror is two tools in one, and it holds up far better than all other mirrors I have tested (Even the more expensive ones). As someone who practices putting often, I used to waste time setting up two different stations (one with a mirror and one with a putting arc). Now all I have to do is position this mirror and in under a minute I have a perfect alignment aid, as well as the tour average arc to practice with. I have seen my putting and my confidence increase significantly since purchasing this product, and I would strongly suggest this mirror if you are serious about your golf game.

This mirror has been a game-changer for my putting in just a week! It keeps me aligned and lets me focus on the fine details of my stroke without cluttering my mind or forcing anything unnatural. It helped me spot a posture issue on day one, and I’ve been rolling it better ever since. It’s even helped with my iron play—I’ve started using it to check shoulder and clubface alignment and noticed real improvement (but do NOT take an actual swing…that could break it..it is still a mirror). The mirror feels durable and hasn’t scratched so far, but that’s one thing I’ll continue to be on the lookout for both in the glass itself and the club path coating. The setup is generally simple but if you have a hard time reading greens on the course (which this product is not intended to help with), I imagine you’d get more use out of this with a home putting mat, especially one with alignment lines. Overall a great purchase and I’d do it again!

The mirror arrived promptly and the first thing I was impressed with was the quality of the packaging but lets talk about the quality. I was in the golf biz when putting mirrors first became a thing and this mirror is the result of years of tweaking it until you get this fantastic product. This mirror WILL help you become a better putter. If you use it a few times a week, even for a few minutes just to check positions and putter path/face angle, you will be lightyears ahead of most golfers. Putting is the low hanging fruit so why wouldn't you use a quality product to help your game? I discovered that my eyes weren't properly aligned right out of the gate which is huge. Now I can be sure to practice the correct things and build in good habits The quality is excellent, the functionality is exceptional and if you are in the market I think you would be crazy to go with another putting mirror. I am a teaching pro and use this with anyone who wants to improve their putting PS: Get the gates so you can work on your start line as well. You can thank me later.

Very good value for the money

This is a first class product. The unit is packaged in a sturdy box and then in a cloth bag to protect the mirror. The gates are not cheap plastic but rigid metal and come in their own cloth pouch. They are following Apple's business model (a good thing). I was reluctant to buy this because of the many golf gizmos I have bought over the years that promise to improve one of the many aspects of my golf game but fail to deliver. This one actually works. I used it for about 30 minutes on four different days when I initially found my alignment was not correct, even though it felt perfect. After these 4 sessions I took it to my course that I have played 100s of times and on two different 18 hole rounds I cut my putts down by 3 and 4 strokes respectively (reduced to 30 and 29 putts). Time will tell if this sticks but the initial results are promising. But understand this won't help you to read putts. That something that only practice and instincts can correct. However, you can use the various metal gates to practice speed and break training on sloped putts. For those who plan to order from Amazon be aware that there are two options: one with and one without the gates. I only saw the less expensive unit shown on Amazon and when I received it the gates were missing. I contacted Amazon and they didn't understand that either. I had to contact Back2Basics to determine why my order didn't include the gates and the owner of the company responded within 30 minutes of my email and explained the two options (fantastic service). Amazon has now corrected this in their listing. You may want to check the Back2Basics website because they may offer a discount when ordering directly from them. I rarely rave about a company but these guys are first rate.

Absolutely the best putting aid I've ever purchased! Somehow when I'm on the course I'm able to visualize my eye line and shoulder line for perfect putting posture. It's helped me hit my target line I'm looking for way more than anything else. It's no wonder Cam Smith uses it. Highly Recommended.

I have been an avid user of putting mirrors for quite some time, but the Back 2 Basics mirror is by far the best I’ve used. It seems that Back 2 Basics really paid close attention to detail with this product. Everything from the sight lines to the gate drill holes is perfectly placed and easy to use. One thing I especially like about this mirror that I never realized I appreciated is the magnification of the mirror. I’ve used others where I can’t really see where my eye line and/or shoulder alignment is due to the reflection being too far. This is something I don’t have to worry about with this mirror. I also appreciate that the arc on this mirror isn’t fully straight back. This arc is much more natural and the bright green coloring against the mirror makes it so easy to see. The string line is a great addition to this kit as well. The bright green is far easier to see on the green when practicing when compared to black. Especially when I’m putting after the sun starts to go down. If you’re debating on which mirror to get to help you get some solid practice in on the green, I assure you this one will not disappoint.

The putting mirror is just what I need, but unfortunately the ball gates were missing from the slots in the packaging. I await a reply from the seller before I reassess my feedback. OK - Problem resolved with the best customer service I have ever received, so feel very reassured by this seller. Product review - To put this training aid into perspective, I have been playing golf for 59 years and have been a 4 hcp and now in my 70th year have varied with my WHS hcp from 10.3 to 11.1 this year. I have always been an average to good putter, but lately have been missing the 4 - 5 foot opportunities that I used to drain. I still felt I was putting confidently but they just weren't dropping, which has been very frustrating. The first time I stood over the alignment mirror the problem shouted straight back at me - "Your shoulders are not properly aligned". It wasn't much, but my aging body is not as flexible as it was. A very small alteration to my shoulder alignment using the mirror and - wow! This small adjustment, plus the putting line, has done wonders and I look forward to getting into single figures one more time before I meet my golfing God! I don't care what standard you are, this product should be in every golfer's training box. Happy putting.

I added this mirror to my home practice and it made a clear difference to my setup. You get instant feedback on your eye line and face position. I did not realise how often I set up slightly off until I used this. I now follow a simple routine with my mat and putting rings. I check my setup with the mirror, then roll putts through a gate on the mat. After a week, my start line improved and my stroke felt more repeatable. If you want a consistent setup, this is worth adding to your practice.

As a PGA professional, alignment is everything, and the Pro Path Putting Mirror has become an essential part of my golf practise. I use it in every putting session to set myself up correctly. I use it for putter face alignment, shoulder alignment and the arc of my stroke. Seeing only the trail shoulder is good, you get a solid understanding and feedback if they are straight. Personally the shoulder alignment has been a huge help in maintaining a consistent and reliable alignment, so deifnetly a positive.
