Excellent seat cover for gen-1 Honda Insight with high-back bucket seats!
Our beloved 2000 Honda Insight has the seats in pretty good condition and I had installed ~$30 seat covers 4 years ago right after the purchase. My recent effort to pay some attention to the car included possible upgrade to the seats. I finally decided to give these grey sheepskin seat covers a try after many hours of search for leather/PU leather/other sheepskin products. I needed one piece cover since the headrest is not a separate unit in our car. I was ready to purchase custom seat covers as well, but give the super rarity of this car, I couldn't find any reliable source. I wasn't comfortable with a few available items as neither was I sure about the fit and finish, nor their return policy. I received these covers in the morning and just installed them in the afternoon. The process was very simple and easy. I did not remove the old seat covers and decided to leave them underneath. The 6 attachment hooks for the bottom piece wrap around the seat, 2 each from each of the 4 sides and clip into a round piece of plastic with 6 attachment holes. That was extremely helpful and wasn't that difficult for me to accomplish given small room under the seat. The headrest covers were a bit loose, therefore, I folded them from the back side and ran a zip tie through to tighten. The fit, finish, and comfort are superb! Not sure if any other strange human being with another Insight will be looking for seat covers, if you do, please give it a try. In general, for other makes and models, this cover is really well-made, looks good, and feels good.

Looks Good. Been Sitting in these for a year now. Great quality!
These seat covers really surprised me. First, my girlfriend's car had some beat seats so we put these on. Second they fit great not weird looking like other covers. Third the quality is great. I have taken them out and washed them in a washer and hung dry them and no degradation. Keep you warm in the winter and can take a beating. Highly recommend.

We'll see how it holds up
Bought this for a 1996 Jeep Cherokee (XJ). I've never had a seat cover before, so maybe I'm being overly critical in a few areas. Overall a decent product, we'll see how it holds up. Install was a pain in the ass, not because of the product necessarily, but the Jeep Cherokee is not a big vehicle with lots of room to move about. That being said, I also don't have moden power seats that take up a lot of space under your butt. So maybe my install was actually easier than most will go through. Having two people for installation is not necessary by any means, but it will save time, frustration, and a few moments cursing. I figured it out after several attempts, but I have long arms and long fingers which became instrumentally valuable in this situation. Few things that irk me. 1. It doesn't seem super tight fitting, especially in the headrest. I've seen other mentions of it 'settling into place', so I'll see how that goes as time goes on. I can feel this thing moving around between my butt and the seat, almost slippery. We'll see if this settles down over time. But can be jarring the first several turns you take from driving around and feel your butt sliding around in the seat. It says on the front of the packaging it has 'slipless packaging', I'm not so sure about that. 2. The straps on this thing are going to fail, I just know it. While they are not BAD quality necessarily, I'm not sure they were the right material for the application. 3. As a few others have mentioned, only the FRONT of the seat cover is sheepskin. The sides, rear, etc are all this highly slippery synthetic material. Quite a bit of the synthetic material comes off when you touch it, however not excessively. Expect oily and fuzzy hands upon solving this rubix cube of an installation. 4. I did have to cut two little slats in the seat of my car where the backrest meets the actual seat. The instructions say to simply 'pull the elastic bands through the gap between the two parts of the seat', I'm guessing not all cars have a convenient gap for this. My car is from 1996 and I bought this seat cover for a reason (the seat is torn up) so I was not too bothered cutting two little slats in the seats to accommodate this. However, if I had a newer vehicle I would not do this at all. The two elastic bands that go through this gap are 100% critical to the seat cover staying on the seat, so fair warning. Redeeming quality: the back pouch area is nice to have, especially considering my jeep not having one at all in the front seats. I honestly may recommend you get the black color. It's a bright yellowish/tan that is just going to get dirty over time especially if you have kids and dogs. This is not a knock against the product, just a reality that should be considered. Putting this thing on is already a pain. And the more you take it on/off to clean, the more you wear down the elastic bands that hold it all together. Is it worth $100, when lots of other seat covers are much cheaper? I don't know yet, but it's not an overwhelming 'yes' at this moment. I was about to buy 2, so I could match both front seats. Glad I only bought 1 for now so I can give this thing a little time to see if it holds up.

Works great in my 2001 excursion
*ORIGINAL May 12th, 2021* Has real sheepskin on the seating portion as advertised. Itโs really the only part that itโs needed in. I havenโt had any static issues. But then again. Iโve only got about 100 miles on it. I got it because leather seats are just sweaty and sticky here in the AZ heat. Aircraft have very similar quality seats. Itโs super comfortable and appears to have exceptional quality. If you have similar seats to mine, you can have a good clean installation. Take your time and remove any panels or armrests. Then, once the seat covers are installed, make any small incisions needed and reinstall all the previously removed panels or armrests. I think mine came out pretty well. It appears to be excellent quality and Iโm glad I didnโt drop $300(for one seat) like I originally intended on doing. Especially considering I donโt see a difference between this and what we use in aviation(except for the faux sides instead of a canvas or pleather). Time will be the ultimate test as with any product. So now I plan to apply time. Before I do that though, Iโll just pick up another one for the passenger seat. Iโll be back to update. *UPDATE June 4th, 2022* So itโs been a little over a year and just over 13,000 miles on these seats. I feel itโs appropriate to update my experience with these seat covers. Truthfully, I feel time has been friendly to them. These seat covers are the best bang for the buck if youโre looking for sheepskin. Here are some tips, things to consider, experiences you may have. The fur is still dense and in great shape. If you look on YouTube you can find videos that will help you maintain them. You do have to brush these(gently!) every now and then to keep them from matting. You could buy something like a cat brush. Iโll usually brush them while Iโm at the car wash vacuuming. Another thing to understand when buying these is that they may have a funk to them at first. Like a dead animal funkโฆ but the smell goes away after about 3 weeks. Another thing to know is the backside is faux and will shed if messed with. This hasnโt been an issue for me at all. Attached is a picture taken about a week ago with my back pack on the passenger seat. As you can see I indeed got one for the other side. No Ragretsโฆ

Exactly what every wheelchair bound needsโฆ.
Although I am sure this works excellent on car seats too, this is perfect to cover the seat of my larger electrical wheelchair. Be sure to measure yours carefully. I did and the dimensions were perfect! It is so comfortable. It keeps the seat at a constant temperature. No more cold spots or hot spots. My original seat is vinyl with a small fabric insert for design. Vinyl is definitely cold in the winter, or very good air conditioning and hot and sticky in the summer sun. I have also had many people ask me where I got it, as it looks like it is custom made for my chair. Other users and their families become very interested when they hear me talking about it. Also many medical staff have asked as they had never thought about using a car seat cover this way. The quality of the product is so thick and soft, which is wonderful because I suffer from extremely sensitive skin Have I sold you yet? I think I have probably sold a couple of dozen in the month I have had mine. Oh yeahโฆ. I am ordering a set for my car also. LOl๐

Tight fit - comfortable
I had this same style seat cover on a previous truck and I loved it on that truck. On my new 2022 Ram 2500 Tradesman with vinyl seats, the cover fits very, very tight. I wish it had a little more slack in it to make it easier to install. I've had it on it a week with the hope that it would work itself into the seat a little better. It is almost there but it isn't perfect. Also - the elastic straps don't exactly fit like you'd think they would under my seat. Even so - I won't be replacing it. It is a great improvement over the stock vinyl seats in our cold winters in Wyoming. I know from previous experience it is going to last many years. Update: down to three stars. it is almost two years old, 64k miles, it is looking worn out on one side already. Iโll buy a different brand soon.

Well made, fit great, high quality material.
Installed these on my 2009 Nissan Murano. During installation the fit was very tight and my first impression was they were too small and would have to be returned but after working the covers over the headrest and down the seat I was able to get them secured, (they come with a very clever hook and ring system) and now they fit like a well-made glove. I could not be happier with how they fit and look. Overall, it took me less than 45 minutes to install both seat covers by myself. The material appears to be of very high quality, looks and feels great. Highly recommended these seat covers, very much worth the cost.

Good value
This product fit very well for a universal fit, I have a Honda CRZ which is unusual enough, however the seat covers fit the integrated head rest really well, it was a challenge to connect the hooks, but thatโs not the seat covers fault, but a low slung seat with very little room for your hand. I LIKE IT!

Great value
Product was as described, well made, arrived a few days early. A little bit of a time/struggle to get them on but definitely worth the effort

Very comfortable and good qulaity
It fit well and is super comfortable. BUT... it doesn't tie well under or behind the seat. You have to continually tuck it in. But overall worth the money. $125CAD

Fits my 2019 F150
I always like Sheep skin seat covers. Right out of the box, you can see the quality of these. They went in nice and snug. The seat attaches with 6 straps so they stay in place. I would by again but judging from the quality, I want have too.
