I make whole wheat bread with soy milk. Since I only make the bread about once a week, liquid soy milk tended to go bad before I could use it all. This works really well. I just mix it in with the flour. I can't speak for the taste of it reconstituted, because I have not tried that yet. For my purposes, it's a great not to have wasted product.

This is so much more convenient than liquid soy milk. There when I need it but not going bad when I don't need it. The flavor is good and I find that if I mix with just a little liquid at first it blends well and then I add the rest of the liquid.

I really wanted to save money on buying soy milk, but truthfully I didn’t use it that way. Instead, I began using it in gluten free Bread making recipes to add that extra flavor and protein. Additionally, I tried making vegan cheese with it. I was not successful at all with that. It is wonderful for baking, wonderful to mix with water and making pudding or ice pops with. Highly recommend.

Not like Silk which I guess is the point, no added sugars and fillers, I’m not a huge fan but it works in a pinch.

This product we're do I start.. I was excited to use this for my recipes. I felt it be less wasteful to our land fields than buying my Soy or Almond half gallons at the store. This powder so called Soymilk didn't mix it's clumpy even with my Milk Frother and Vitamix blender. The taste wasn't there either. It's clumpy I can't do it. Frustrated now I stuck with a full bag. Such a waste.

Super simple to use. Tastes just like TJ's unsweetened soymilk in the tetrapak. Makes fantastic vegan yogurt.

I can't review drinkability, but it works very well as a substitute for powdered milk in my baking efforts. Silky, not gritty, or granular. I'm happy enough with this product, I'm looking at the company's other products.

Edit: I’m on my second bag of this. The taste is bitter this time and not dissolving as well. The company has no return policy!! Previous review: I use this as a while to take a break from my whey supplement for extra protein. I used this dissolved in my coffee. Worked great that way and tastes great. A little expensive. I would use it again though but I am enjoying my whey supplement again.
