I absolutely love it! It goes on with a bit of color that, once it dries your lids look perfect and the color very evened out!

How long would eyeshadow stay on wit oily lids with this product?

My eyelids are so oily that without this, eyeshadow is sometimes gone by lunch. With the eye primer it stays in place through evening.

Is there any color to this? Have fair/light complexion w/ tea stained lids. Need primer that can neutralize this darkness.

It does, but extremely light. It's a wonderful eyeshadow primer, but I suggest a concealer to cover the dark areas. I use Bare Minerals...it covers the dark circles under my eyes and mine are super dark. But do try the Thank Me Later as an eyeshadow primer. Hope this helps.
