These are so hard to find locally so price feels a little high here but they are so good on my salads and recipes. They are just red peppers that have been roasted, peeled and packed. No spice or heat. Very tasty. Very useful to have in my pantry. Great product.

Ive tried many brands of fire roasted red bell peppers. So far, this is the best. Consistently ripe, sweet** and that hint of smoke from roasting. **(I do believe these are sweet because of ripe produce…but I note that they add a bit of sugar to the brine liquid, oh boo hiss. It is probably used as a preservative more than a sweetener, per se. It is my only criticism of this product.) This is instant flavor in a jar. Speaking of which…this sized jar is just right for us. One jar is enough to make 1 or 2 dishes. Why is that significant? Because once opened, these really must be used within a week or two, otherwise, I have found they spoil, even under refrigeration. Too many times I have purchased larger jars, used for one dish, stored in fridge, and weeks later, discover they went spoiled, and then had to toss em out. These are a little bit expensive, imo, but for the ripe sweet smokey instant flavor they can add to a dish, worth the expense. Small sized jar can be used in 1 or 2 meals, so as to minimize storing leftover in fridge (and getting spoiled if left too long).

I have recently opted to purchase a significant portion of my food products and spices from Amazon due to the cost-effectiveness compared to buying from traditional stores. The convenience of ordering from home adds to the appeal. One of my recent favorites is the Roasted Red Peppers by Botticelli. Not only does it offer a fresh and delightful taste, but it is also more affordable than in-store options. The packaging was well-done, and it serves as a fantastic addition to olives, pickles, or sandwiches.

Good color, good char. Consistent flavor. Easy to use.

I love roasted peppers and these are made just right and not too sour from the vinegar. I buy these to put on wraps and flatbreads but a lot of times end up just eating them straight from the jar like a savage. So good!
