So naturally they all drank it as a hot tea (old school way; wooden cup & metal straw to filter out the leaves.🧉) It tasted bitter but gave you lots of energy & mental clarity. Both my parents drank it when I was a kid, but they drank it cold in the summertime. (Wooden cup but poured over with a pitcher of Lipton iced tea w/ mint leaves, sugar & fresh squeezed lemon.) My point being? These energy drinks are amazing. Do they taste like my folks summer tea? Yep, maybe even better. My gal and I have been drinking them for 12+ years now. They really give me a boost of natural energy, focus and lift my mood as well. All the ingredients are naturally derived and it's not too sweet. 'Enlighten Mint' is my favorite but the Lemon one is good too. Red Bull & Monster drinks just don't compare. Most of them mess with your heart & blood pressure. If anything, 5 hr energy shots are a much better alternative to those.
