So tasty
These are great, keep you pretty full for a few hours and are helping me lose weight. I do them with water and they are super thick and creamy. I'm gradually trying all the flavours. Chocolate is my favourite (not in this pack). The white choc and raspberry, and the mint choc are both lush. Caramel is nice. I hate coffee but my partner has the Latte ones so they aren't wasted and said they are okay but quite rich.

Not bad at all...
The mint chocolate one is by far the best. Cafe latte is good too, white choc and raspberry is passable but the caramel one is a bit grim and taste quite 'mealy' like protein shake. On the plus side they blend really nicely in a protein shaker (mine has a ball in) and with a good shake they're super smooth. I've been having 2 a day but with 400ml of skimmed milk plus a slightly more flexible dinner and am seeing good results already. Also saves the hassle of lunch prepping and planning during the working week. A bit expensive but pretty good otherwise.

Tasty Shakes
Products arrived quickly which is good. Four different flavours in my pack and I have to say, that all flavours are really good. Think the white chocolate and raspberry has the edge but no complaints at all. This really helps to keep going on VLCD's.

They are so easy to make, even if you don't have a whisk And they still taste ok with just water The café latte is to die for The chocolate mint is a bit disappointing

OMG... the orange flavour is disgusting. The other flavours are ok.

Lovely flavours
These are good value, the flavours are lovely and you dont get that powdery texture which you get with some shakes. I will definitely be ordering more.
