Great quality. Once fully charged it lasts about 2-3 days. You pull the end of the strap off to charge the watch it just goes into a usb port then, only downfall I find that a bit awkward with charging putting it in at an angle. Great features though my son loves changing the screen and watching his steps.

This is a fantastic watch for children. It is comfortable and interactive, with a colourful display. It is easy to charge and children can customise the screen to suit their tastes and their are additional functions such as sleep tracking, etc... We purchased 2 watches in different colours for our boys age 7 and 9. They love counting how many steps they have done each day and try to beat their score and each other, so a great way to encourage exercise too. The Biggerfive Customer Service were very helpful and efficient in resolving a minor issue with one of watch strap parts and immediately sent a replacement part under warranty. Great value for money and a fantastic product - highly recommend.

We bought two of these watches for our kids. They love keeping track of their steps and monitoring their heart rate during gym and dance classes. It isn't the easiest to recharge as the USB stick is in the strap and it can be tricky to remove as it is a tight fit. One USB element did break, remaining in the strap but TUBU were excellent in quickly sending out a replacement watch. Hopefully we won't have the same problem. But other than the strap, this is a good fitness watch for kids.

Stopped working after 1 month! Don't buy this rubbish! I can’t even return it anymore as the window for return has passed just few days ago.

My son got this for Christmas and loves it. It doesn't have all the features of a more expensive watch, but he's 8! It's great value for money and tracks what he wants - steps, heart rate and sleep. He doesn't use the latter two that much though. His timekeeping has improved too! The customer service was also excellent - the bit that attaches to the strap (opposite side to the charging port) snapped off, and the watch was replaced under warranty with very little hassle. The only shame is that when unbinding the original watch from the app in order to connect the new one, we lost all his previous data. I'm not sure if there was any way to back it up, but it's not that big a deal. I just hope it doesn't break again - it does seem a slightly weak design point, that the strap could pull at the wrong angle and break the "wings" it attaches to. Just need to be extra careful I guess.

Initially this offers everything a 7 year old could need, features are good dial is clear and easy to use. BUT I now have a very sad little boy, this was a present from Father Christmas and the non USB side of the strap has snapped off from the dial face so I can't even buy a new strap. This is well within its 12 month warranty, tried to contact the seller but it says my messages have expired and returns are closed. Not impressed.

Bought last October for my 7 year old grandson’s birthday In November and he really, really loved it! His mum stopped him wearing it at night and with lock downs I did not notice until recently that he had stopped wearing it! Apparently the back of the tracker was irritating his wrist - bringing it up until it looked rather like a burn. He would stop using it off for a few days but it happened again when he started wearing it again ..... as they did not tell me immediately it is now too late to return it ( return option expired 28/2/21) but I thought I should highlight this in case the company has any remedies to offer. If this hadn’t happened I would have given the tracker 5 star# across the board. I have amended my star rating to the full 5 stars as the company has just come back to me offering a replacement or full refund - so absolutely full marks for customer service despite the time lag. Apparently my grandson must be particularly sensitive to the LED light ( which conforms to all safety regulations) such a shame! Great to come across such a helpful organisation.

I bought this kids fitness tracker for my 9 year old son. It’s got great battery life and will last the whole school week on a single charge. My son loves being able to track his steps. It also has a silent alarm function (the watch buzzes against his wrist) which is great for reminding him when his music lesson is at school without disturbing the other pupils in his class. My son really likes the different watch face options and being able to monitor his heart rate. Within the 60 day guarantee period my son fell over in the playground and the watch strap broke but the company sent us a replacement watch straight away - which was wonderful customer service. I would recommend this fitness tracker for kids and this company. I ended up buying the adult version for myself and love it.

Después de algún problema con la carga de la batería, el equipo técnico me ha solucionado la incidencia, ahora el reloj funciona de forma correcta y hace los registros indicados, mi hijo está feliz. Gracias.

Das Kind kommt sehr gut mit der Uhr zurecht. Ein Mango ist die kleine Anzeige der Schritte, müsste ein kleines bisschen größer angezeigt werden.

La App va muy bien, hace más funciones básicas y batería de 3-4 días.

Design ganz gut, Funktionen ok, funktioniert aber nur mit Synchronisierung mit App und die braucht Standort. Wofür? Also alle Daten von Kindern unkontrolliert an eine dubiose Firma in China. Keine Datenschutzkontrolle

Leider ist das Laden der Uhr nach ca. einem Monat der Nutzung nicht mehr möglich. Anscheinend kann ich den Verkäufer nicht kontaktieren,um die Uhr zu reklamieren, da dies angeblich nur einen Monat nach Kauf (Ende März 2023 gekauft) möglich ist. Sehr schade und somit unbrauchbar. Stand 06/23: Nach der Rezension hat sich der Verkäufer mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und ein Ersatzgerät geschickt. Dieses funktioniert jetzt erst einmal wieder.
