Why is all the stock on these only from scalpers?

Orko is in wave 2 he has been out over a year. Mattel did not know if the public would buy origin figures so they printed A certain amount based on wave 1 sales. They have printed more but shipping from china is messed up. So mattel is working with Vietnam to try and get more product out. Watching closely is key because scalpers know this going towards christmas and will buy all the boxes from amazon right away to keep prices high... stock market comes to mind...
