Can you fit 2 boxes on this? Or is it at least wide enough to set in front of 2 boxes?

It is wide enough to put in front of 2 boxes but not big enough to put 2 boxes on it. It is the best mat that I have found to control the spread of the litter in the house. I really like the 3 I have.

Where is my refund never received this

This is the wrong place to ask this question. You need to contact Amazon or the seller, not ask in customer questions.

It is Made in China. You can buy with confidence. If your cat not get used to the cat litter mat, remenber we have a 30-day guarantee. Our after-sales service email is: customersupport@waretary.com

Is the bottom of this mat a fabric material, or something more stiff and flexible?

The bottom of the mat is made out of the same material as a wet suit. If a cat pees on it, it won’t go through like a rubber mat. Around the edges is a stitched material that pee can go through. I put an extra large dog pees pad between the waffled top & the bottom.
