This bidet is so great! My parents have the seat style bidets with the seat warmer and warm water tanks, which are nice features, but they are also awkward to use and the drying fan is nearly worthless. This is way less expensive, gives you complete control of the spray, and is useful for spraying poop off cloth diapers, rinsing a toddler potty, and I've even used it to blast open a partially clogged sink drain. I did add a splash guard to by toilet seat because I kept accidentally spraying between the toilet seat and the toilet itself, but that was a cheap and easy modification to keep things clean and sanitary. Install was very easy. Just turn the water off, spin off the toilet tank hose, spin on the adapter, screw the supply hose onto the adapter and connect this wand and hose to the adapter, turn the water back on, and boom, it's fully functional. It should last a long time since it's all metal, it looks nice, and you have full control over the water flow. The only downside to going this route is that it uses cold water, but I got used to that within the first month. In the summer the cold water is actually refreshing. I will definitely buy another one when this wears out or if we put in a second bathroom.

November 2025 This handheld bidet provides a gentile sprinkling of water. Unfortunately for me, I am searching for a bidet with a more forceful, focused jet of water that really cleans up my under parts. This handheld bidet does not do that. Other than that it's a beautiful fixture, well made, easy to assemble, no leaks what so ever. It's a shame it doesn't work for me. May 2026 I changed the 1 inch spray head to the 1/2 inch spray head and this made for a more forceful spray. I've tried a few other hand held bidets and I must say I prefer this one. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Sometimes a few adjustments, time for comparison and trial experience can change one's opinion. I has changed mine.

I chose to spend more for this product because it was recommended that one not skimp on quality when it comes to plumbing. It is all metal, sturdy, well made, and does as advertised. Though there is no plastic in this, it still has a shut off valve that ensures you won't flood your house. It takes while to get used to making sure you turn the valve off every time, but due to the quality it's not likely to break. Many of the cheaper options really are just repurposed kitchen sink sprayers, while this product has several extensions that you can decide what works for you. I'm still experimenting, but the different options definitely do a better job than trying to aim a kitchen sprayer without getting water everywhere. This is my first experience with a bidet type thing, despite spending a semester in Italy I admit I never had the courage to figure out how to use a standard bidet, I was young and confused by the concept, sorry world, but Americans just have never seen one, we literally don't know what to do. But, this is easy to use and gives you accuracy. One surprise is that since it's not heated it does take some getting used to, so be prepared. Once you get used to it it's fine. It was mostly easy to install, except I had to get a different water connection hose, the sprayer extension caused my hose to bend in such a way I worried it put to much pressure on the water entry pipe, which mine is just plastic so not sturdy. A guy at the hardware store helped, as there wasn't a shorter hose that would fit my connection, so said get a 20 inch hose and loop it so it relieves the pressure off the water entry pipe. So, it took a bit of work, but I got it working. This probably won't come up for most people, if they have a more sturdy plumbing system, but it's worth mentioning the work around we came up with should someone else run across this issue.

If I had written this review when I first used the bidet, I would have rated it two stars but now I love it. When I first used the bidet, I found it difficult to adjust the pressure with the rotary dial that allows water flow through the handle. As a result, I soaked myself and the toilet seat. Once I learned to only turn the dial to 1/8 to 1/4 full strength, it was perfect. So, expect a learning curve before this product behaves the way you want it to. I paid a little extra money for the commercial grade and I think it was worth it. This thing feels solid - like a well made tool or a professional dental instrument. The valve that attaches to the underside of the toilet tank is made of metal which makes me feel a lot better since it is holding back full pressure when turned off. We turn it off after every use since the handheld part of it is not designed to hold pressure constantly although it is just as solidly built as the toilet tank valve is. The hose is also solid - not like the plastic wrapped in aluminum spiral hose that you may have experienced with handheld showers that always develops a leak once it is pinched. Instead, this one is heavy and metal. I've read that some people use bidets like this to hose off cloth diapers into the toilet bowl and clean the toilet bowl itself. When you experience the kind of pressure this bidet can generate, you'll have no problem imagining it being used for these purposes. I have never used a toilet seat bidet but I've read they can tip you forward at an awkward angle due to the addition of the thick under-seat "mechanics" required to power the bidet nozzle. I've also read they make it difficult to keep the toilet clean - an assertion that makes sense to me since more surface area allows more nooks and crannies for germs and filth to hide. This bidet eliminates these concerns because there is nothing mounted to the toilet bowl. Some may say having the toilet seat style is a bonus because the nozzles are always there and at the right angle. My thinking is that the nozzles in the bowl would be difficult to keep clean reliably and, if the nozzles are misaligned even slightly, then the whole apparatus is useless. With a little practice, the hand held wand on this product is always aimed perfectly and is a snap to keep clean. As you may have read on other reviews, once you use a bidet, you will not want to go back to just toilet paper. The bidet is a much more pleasurable and hygienic experience and my toilet paper usage has gone down by an estimated 80% - good for the environment, my wallet, and it eases my mind about any TP future supply chain issues! It was also super easy to install. It took perhaps 10 minutes. I thought about this purchase for a long time because I just couldn't think of myself as a bidet kind of guy but my spouse wanted it so I got it for her as a surprise. We both love it now.

Many companies producing this design of toilet shower and selling on the internet. The quality seems all over the place, from plastic spray arms (had one that just broke off hanging it up) to all plastic to all metal. Bidets and toilet showers are common in many other parts of the world and I’ve had the opportunity to use many in travels throughout the years. One of the main issues is the spray of water coming out. In a toilet shower it should be forceful, but the quality of tools and precision of the hole determines the “shape” of the spray - if I’m making sense. When poorly drilled the holes can allow tiny jets to form stinging the skin. This unit’s most important part - the stream of water is excellent. The shape of each stream on this unit forms a stream not a misshapen spray. The Rinsewise is all solid metal. I was impressed taking it out of the package. It is weighty in the hand indicating the use of all metal. The fit and finish is excellent. There are several combination of lengths of arms to use as well as two sprayer heads for narrow or wider spray. The installation is very straight forward and all that is needed is on the package. The water at the wall should be turned off. Mine is already a 1/4 turn ball cock or I would replace - The better design now used in homes. Then merely attach the distribution valve provided to the toilet tank wher you just removed the water line. Then connect the water line to the valve. Lastly connect the sprayer hose to the valve. The valve also has a 1/4 ball click positive shut off on it for ease of turning off for extended periods. The holes in the sprayer are designed and drilled in a manner the spray, even if forceful, is “softer” than sprayers with the holes poorly cut allow tiny jets of water to sting. The units control is a roller valve that can be controlled by thumb or finger or both. The water rate of flow is very easy to control with this design. The unit has a nice length of quality hose that doesn’t bind like this style of hose does on many cheaper shower and toilet sprayers. Even the hanger, which just easily slips over the wall of the toilet tank after you lift the lid , is all well finished metal. I am not a review writer and I don’t own stock in the company. I am just one satisfied customer who believes a quality product should be recognized. Though pricy - it appears because of the quality it will give a lifetime of service. I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a wand for cleaning the toilet bowl, and discovered that this could be used for cleaning and as a bidet. I had considered a bidet because I've had hemorrhoid issues in the past and knew a bidet would be better for those issues. This was more expensive than the average model, but was made in USA so I figured I'd splurge and get this unit. Well worth the extra money! It is very solid construction and feels well made. The description was not in broken English as most descriptions are on here, so there was no confusion as to the advantages described by the manufacturer. It comes with multiple parts to adjust it to your feel and seems to work just perfect with the base parts. The wand reaches your nether regions and is easy to maneuver while sitting on the toilet. The valve is easy to adjust in mid use so you get just the right pressure for a proper clean. It goes from a gentle stream to to medium flow for those extra dirty feeling days to full pressure washer blast for cleaning splatter off of the bowl. I don't recommend full spray on your bum, but hey, to each his own. After one accidental over opening of the valve, I learned the touch and haven't blasted my butt since. The system doesn't leak and seems like the construction will last a long time. Almost immediately after installing it, I had a bad hemorroid episode and don't know how I would have made it without this attachment! It saved my butt, literally! I live in Florida and our tap water comes out warm, so the temperature is just right. Not sure how well something like this would work up north where the tap water comes out ice cold, but I'm sure people have thought that part out. I honestly feel like going number 2 anywhere but home is a chore now after having this device installed! Kudos to the manufacturers! Excellent buy!

I bought 2. Both brass material. Installation was easy aside for me not hand tightening the t connector to the tank well enough at first. No leaks after. Went from bio bidet slim edge toilet seat attachment to this and this is so much better and more sanitary in every way. It takes one use to get used to manually aiming but you just rest it on the back of the toilet sit and lower and turn left and right until you get the spot. Great pressure and only hits where you want it. I use the larger spray pattern and the medium size extension. This works so well for men because you can wash the front with ease versus a seat bidet. Get your self an automatic foam dispenser and some sugar soap and put it on tp to spread the soap and rinse away with this magic wand!

Once you use this thing you never want to go back to using just toilet paper. Extending the head using provided attachments make cleansing your rear and the ladies cleansing there front and rear, really great. Honeslty have 0 complaints. 5 minutes to setup and off I went to paradise. No leaks, no drip, pressure is perfect and powerful. Amazing product.

Update after 2 years: have been using this every day every time I go. It is still like brand new. Love the cold water, it is refreshing. My best buy ever. The product is designed for simple toilets, not the skirted ones. I called customer service to ask if anything can be done, and all I can say is they are probably the best customer service in the world. They picked up the phone after 1 ring!!!!!!, they explained very clearly what was needed to add when installed on a skirted or one piece toilet (a 6 inch toilet extension hose 7/8" male female), they emailed a lot of pictures showing how it can be installed with that hose plus written explanation as well. The hose was shipped in 3 days (by another company), it is a perfect fit, very easy to instal. I chose to have the bracket installed on the wall because I find that easier to reach. And the product itself is out of this world. Made of brass, will certainly outlive me. There is plenty of pressure but it is adjustible for any requirement. All the chrome finish gives it a squeeking clean feel, there are extra parts for longer handles, and an extra head for a softer jet. I just love this gadget and am very happy that I chose this manufacturer, I can't imagine a better made one in its category. Also now that I have it, I would never think of getting one of those fancy bidet seats where so many things can go wrong. Nothing beats simplicity. After 10 days: I love it even more. The cold water spray feels so refreshing, I certainly do not miss or want warm water added.

The absolutely best bidet spray ever made bar none. The Brass model is just fabulous.

Doesn't work with UAE wc. I coudnt find the valve to connect to wc in any hardware store

Very good quality, and very easy to install without a plumber.
