Awesome headlamp! Worked great for pre-dawn sunrise hikes in the Grand Canyon! Lots of light! Only one of us was wearing it, but walked behind the other one and both of us could see great!

This is the only headlamp my husband will use, which says a lot because he’s very picky about gear. It’s bright, comfortable, and actually stays put without being annoying or heavy. What he likes: • Bright light with good beam options • Comfortable fit that doesn’t slide around • Easy to adjust and use • Reliable for outdoor projects, camping, and random tasks We’ve tried others and this is the one he keeps reaching for. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

I was looking for a replacement headlamp for my 8 year old Cabelas XPG lamp that had white, red, blue, and green lighting options. I hated the blue and green options and and only used the red 99.9% of the time and occasionally the white. The beam was super bright which I liked for walking to and from when hunting. Problem is was that you had to scroll through all the colors to achieve the red light and there was no “memory” mode. I did research on multiple replacement headlamps where I only wanted white and red filter options and came across the Black Diamond Spot. This light arrived and WOW. This light seems to be well made, and super simple to operate with memory and dimming settings. Only white and red beams of light. The cost of this gem is far less than a lot of other lights with the same features. It’s also waterproof to a degree. My only con to this light is that the red led is not as bright as the main white led. I’m sure I will get used to it. Highly recommend this headlamp to anyone who wants a quality, bright headlamp and a reasonable price.

Lightweight yet good light output for size. Used inside and light is ample to do up close at hand tasks requiring decent illumination. I bought it for the area light, not for the long-range spot but it is decent as well.

Nice light, too bad the little people who assemble them dont understand how to properly attach the adjustment pieces properly so they wrap around your head comfortably and correctly... I know this is complicated for the simletons

This headlamp has some nice features. I like that it remembers what setting I used last. I use the red light feature to read at night which disturbs my wife less. The fact that the red light is dimmable makes that feature even better. The normal light mode is plenty bright. I can use this for working on the house, hunting, camping, etc. Looks durable, so hopefully it will last.

I hand these out in bulk for christmas, though I love my older model (had it for at least 10 years). This is in my workshop and one in my car. I take it every time I go camping. The tap to full bright feature will save your life when you hands are full. Just buy it already!

I love using this headlamp, it is my go to for many situations. I have used it multiple times camping with friends, doing repairs on my truck, I always bring it with me into the field with the Military. The dim feature/ being able to keep it on a certain setting no matter how many times you turn it on or off is great, unlike other veranda where you have to cycle through them everytime you turn on the headlamp. I have bought 3 of these and will continue to get these. Awesome headlamp to have.

Toll, was man alles einstellen kann. Man muss nicht durch alle Modi durchschalten, was mich bei der alten Stirnlampe immer genervt hat. Es gibt also eine Memory-Funktion. Man kann sie seitlich schnell auf bitte jetzt ganz Hälfte halten und dann wieder zurück in die Memory-Funktion setzen. Am besten finde ich aber, dass man stufenlos dimmen kann. Das ist einfach prima. Was mich gestört hat ist, dass die Lampe leider nicht mit Akkus funktioniert. Man muss also(warum auch immer) anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben Batterien verbinden.
