Since ive been introduce to Ghee, it tastes great and use it to cook, put on vegitables, toast and for pan frying. Just orderes another one. Read the ingrediants on butter you use i think you will agree.

There have been comments that it wasn't packaged well so I'll address that first. The ghee was well packaged, the way I would expect something coming from India to be. It's in a plastic tub of container with a screw on lid. After all it has long way to go to get here. That never fails to impress me. It seems a very exciting journey to me, up past Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Ethiopia, through the Suez canal into the Mediterranean and then over to the US. Anyway, all that is an aside. The taste is pleasant but not what I'm accustomed to ghee tasting. It's just okay in taste. I don't know what it is but it's different, not unpleasantly different, but different. Update. The ghee tastes off and it doesn't melt the way other ghees do. It has more of the texture of Coconut oil or lard. I won't buy this again. When I butter my toast hot from the oven, it doesn't melt and it should. A lot of ghees separate when not refrigerated then they must have added something to make it more stable and to behave more like butter for Americans. I'm guessing. Anyway it is strange that it is so difficult to make it melt. It's not the higher melting point characteristic that ghee has. It's something they added for stability. Enough said.

The Ghee quality is smooth and creamy, and good value for the money. It arrived on time. Our first order of this product had a cracked seal and the Ghee had been leaking out. We. were able to get a refund, and I ordered a replacement replacement , which areived quickly and without issue. We primarily use the Ghee for our coffee, a long with tumeric, coconut oil and almond milk delightful! Although scrambled eggs are delicious with a dab of Ghee!

Inferior to real grass fed ghee. I doubt this is grass fed- in listing only nowwhere on the bottle. I feel misled.

I’m a devoted ghee user. Love the higher than butter smoking point, the rich flavor (tastes like theatre butter when drizzled on popcorn) and the fact that it lasts a long time when unrefrigerated. I’ve tried several brands, some from the Indian grocery stores near me, and this brand is among the best. But I’m limited to EBT purchases and it’s not currently available that way as it was in the past. So I live in hope, and check it frequently.

Ghee tastes great but 1/3 of the contents had leaked out in the shipping carton. If only they can fix that I would give it a higher rating.
