I was skeptical at first to buy this bench considering the price range. I was of the opinion that there is no way I can get a good bench at this price range. I read some reviews and then finally made up my mind to purchase this bench. I am so glad that I did. This bench is a flat bench. It does not have incline and decline option. I did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that is really is not worth it to invest in a incline/decline bench unless u wanna spend good money. As for your muscles a flat bench will give u almost the same gains as a incline/decline bench. So for home purposes a flat bench is perfect. Now about the product- 1. The bench is really sturdy and made with really good material. 2. During workouts the bench will not move at all so its perfect. 3. The cushioning is also really good. However considering this bench is a budget one I would suggest that you put a towel or some cloth to protect the cushion from sracthes and cuts. 4. The bench can also be used for the purposes of sitting when you are not using it for workouts. 5. I am 176cm tall and the length of the bench is perfect for me. If you are 180cm+ I would suggest that you go for other benches because then the bench might not be long enough for you. Conclusion: go for it its the perfect value for money prodcut that doesn't have any drawbacks.

The most important thing to consider while buying a bench for weight press is that the bench doesn’t shake and is firm when you exercise on it. One mistake can cause serious injury otherwise. I was a bit skeptical initially about buying this as it didn’t appear very strong but that was a good surprise. It’s quite balanced and strong enough to easily hold upto 80kgs or even more with good stability. The padding is also quite firm which makes it a decent quality product. The weight balancing is also smart with rubber pads on the legs. I’m enjoying bench presses on this a lot. You can also strengthen the core easily with leg pulls on this. The only place where this bench falls short is the height. If you are above 5’10” then you would find it very difficult to use this. Length is not enough for tall people. That’s the only problem otherwise this bench is perfect value for money. #bench #benchpress

Here is what I like about this bench. The length and width of the seat cushion is perfect and allows to workout with weights. The cushion seat is sufficiently padded and provides comfort to the back. The bench is sturdy despite the legs being made of hard aluminum, which gives it a light weight and easy to move around. From first two times of using this bench, I am very happy with this high quality product in the cost bracket I was willing to pay for a home workout bench. 4.5 stars!

Reviewing after using for 4 months. Just buy it. I'm 5.8 ft and 78.8kg. This material perfectly suits me. Pros: 1) Good quality. (Top leather is medium soft and perfect finishing, aluminium stand are good). 2) Less weight. (even the kids can easily lift). 3) Can withstand heavy weight. (I'm 78.8kg and its perfectly suits me). 4) No assembly required. (Just unpack and use it). Cons: Only the corners of top are weak and bends while sitting or lying (keep this in mind while ordering). Frame seems sturdy. Yet to test its strength. but poor worklmanship with regards to welding and grinding. Seating is poor. super light weight - not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. I think the first thing that seem to fail would be the plywood provided for the seating. It is nothing more than a 6mm ply. The leatherette is hanging off the seating in some places. the foam is not even straight. has ups and downs when you try to use it. On the whole the seller could improve quality for the price he is charging. was expecting a better product based on some reviews

Its a real sturdy work bench. I finalized this product after reviewing many similar products and each had some flaws in the construction and hence I choose this. Being an avid body builder and weight trainer for over 2 decades, I wanted a work bench which is sturdy, doesn't shake, has minimal movable parts, light weight and fairly large enough to suit my frame. Am about 5'8", 80 kgs, muscular and this work bench can be used for both bench presses and other dumbbell exercises. Worthy product and value for money.

Good flat bench for workouts. It is solid and steady. The only downside I found was that the cover on the bench was quite thin and started to crack after some heavy usage. But that's not a big issue as the top of the bench is removable and a new bench cover can be put in easily. All in all a good buy. I bought it during a sale and got it for 2500. Worth the money.

Have used other company and different design benches. This one definitely on the top list. Better balance, didn't even shake when lifting 40 kgs of weight (not including my own 82kg weight). Definately recommend it for home use.
