Can we just apply this on dyed area with a brush?

You have to Dyed area or full cloth has to soak in diluted Colour Fixer for half an hour than keep it for dry & next day press hot Iron.

Normally all cooton fabric has tendency to fad colours during wash. So our Differ Colour Fixer helps to stop fading of colour if it treat with it. New cloths can be treat before use and used cloth should be use after wash. Easy to use : take minimum required water to soak the dress, add Differ Colour Fixer about 20 to 30 ml mixd properly in water and soak the dress for 30 minutes. after getting dry the dress press with hot iron. and your dress is ready to use. You may retreat after every 5/7 wash for getting the dress's colour in original foam.

Will it be good for silk fabric

Differ Colour Fixer is mainly develop for Cotton Fabrics. But on silk it may work & may not work fully.

Will it fix a colour stain of other cloth

yes, you can not soak different color cloths in one bucket u need to soak different colour cloths in different bucket

Led to shrinkage of clothes

When i used this liquid as per the given instructions, some of my clothes shrunk. Also, the color fixing did not happen to my satisfaction. Most of those clothes still bleed. I will not be buying this brand again.
