Great couch for a medium-sized living room. Assembly was straightforward—just be sure to work on one box at a time rather than opening everything at once. Each box is meant to be assembled separately and then connected together later, which makes the process much easier. I purchased the beige color, and it looks very nice in person. The cushions are firm and supportive. The back is designed with a solid support structure along with pillow-style back cushions, which is comfortable. The sectional can be configured in either direction, left or right, which adds flexibility. For the price, the size and quality are excellent. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

I absolutely love this couch. It was really easy to assemble bc the instructions were very clear. I received 14 boxes total, and it took us about 2 almost 3 hours to assemble the couch. It looks amazing and looks very comfortable!!! I do wish it came with 2 extra pillows in boxes A just because it’s not enough to cover the whole couch. But I’ll just buy nice couch pillows to match. I love the storage!! I already put my blankets away in there. I love that you can move the ottomans around super easily. We haven’t sat on it since we’re following the 48 hour wait for the pillows and cushions to fluff. But as of right now, I love it!!! Cons: the cushions easily move off the ottomans but I will probably add a piece of Velcro.

Love this! Easy to put together and rearrange. Can’t beat the price, with 6 kids ages 6months-18 years, even after a couple months, it’s holding up. We also have two large dogs that think our furniture belongs to them, and being able to take the covers off and wash them is the best part for me. Fabric is soft, and because we can rearrange it however we like, it fits in our space perfectly.

Really love this couch, it’s so soft and aesthetically pleasing to look at. I also absolutely love how many ways to arrange it. Read a lot of reviews before purchasing and saw a lot of complaints about the firmness. Me and my fiancé love it’s firmness, because although it is slightly firm it still has enough give for it to be comfortable as well as the material itself is super soft. Plus I don’t have to worry about it being so soft that it loses its presentable shape — so it’s all up to what you prefer really. Now I rated it four stars because I personally didn’t think the instructions were the clearest and we had a a lot of trouble putting the corner pieces together. Took us roughly 3 hours. Bright side nothing broke and I really enjoy the connectors that easily snap on to connect the couch pieces. Overall looove the couch!

WE LOVE IT!!! Firm but still comfortable. We purchased because of the reviews of firmness because a lot of couches now are way too soft! We sink and can’t get out! Our parents can’t stand up from something without structure and THIS IS IT! Completely customizable- we bought the 135 9 seater and are already buying extra pieces!! Note- the storage under each piece is amazing HOWEVER- I didn’t realize when we purchased that you have to remove the slats to get to the open storage area. I was under the impression the slats attached to the cushion somehow so when you lifted the cushion up, it opened the storage area but that’s not the case. Minor oversight on my part but my kids have already mastered removing and replacing them to grab their blankets!!!

While this couch was easy to assemble and interestingly has room to store things under the cushions, I am a little disappointed in its quality. After having it for a few months, the bottom part of the couch, where your legs and feet rub up against, has a lot of frayed threads, making the couch look older than it is. So, while the price was nice, you get what you pay for with this couch.

I love the color and the material. It is very firm. I also really like how easy it is to assemble and piece together. The backing of the chairs are a little short. Wish it was longer by 6-8”. Great product though. Two boxes arrived damaged. But only one B box was actually damaged. The wooden frame is broke. I don’t know how to return just the one box to get it replaced. Would appreciate assistance. Update: I contacted the vendor and they immediately replied and sent me a replacement for the broken pieces. Great customer service and support. Would buy from them again.

***UPDATE JUNE 2022***. I noticed that after 5 months of having the couch I was missing the pieces that attach the backs of the couch to the cushion ( I realized after I finally used all the pieces to make one big L shape couch). I contacted customer services and they were SO easy to talk to and sent me missing pieces and then a few extra to be safe!! Honestly, I can't wait to refurnish the upstairs because I will be buying another couch from them for sure!! _________________________________ SO, I'm one of those people who actually take the time to read reviews and compare and contrast etc. When I saw there was a few bad reviews on the couch about quality, comfort and material not being as good, I was definitely put off. But after looking other places, I couldn't find other companies that had the look THIS had and what I was ultimately looking for. There are many positives to this couch and I'm glad I stuck with it - it can rearrange quickly and easily - its easy to clean if you have an attachment for a vacuum to use! - it has good quality comfort. We don't feel like we are sinking and its good support. (we rotate the cushions we sit on every month to limit the wear and tear) - it has great storage ( and when you add blankets to the cushions you sit on more, it does help keep the foam raised up) - it is great for small spaces and accommodates 6 ppl ( 4 is more comfortable if you like extra space) - its color scheme is all even and not mix-matched - when broken into 2 couches or 2 couches and an ottoman it works wonders! RECCOMEND: - let the couch sit out 48-72 hours before sitting on cushions. the packaging came tight and we let them reform before sitting on them !!!
