These are great i wish I knew about them sooner. This gave me energy and helped not get headaches while fasting. My body felt really good naturally no weird side affects. I recommend for fasting.

Really helped keep my electrolytes up while I did a 5 day fast. Completed it with my husband who didn’t take the fasting salts and I really think it helped me handle it much better than him.

I’m pleasantly surprised by how well these work! I loved reading all of the positive reviews, but I was still a little skeptical, ya know? These really do work though! I’m currently on hour 37 of my fast (trying to go for as long as I can) and I still feel pretty good! I definitely still have a minor lingering headache and the hunger pains are there as expected, but these actually make the whole fasting process so much easier! I will say one thing (and this is probably TMI)… these have almost acted as a laxative for me. I did expect some digestion side effects given the ingredients in these, but I was NOT prepared for how much lol. I mean every time I take a dose, about an hour later, I end up having to use the bathroom. So just a heads up for anyone who has similar digestion as I do. I mean on one hand, it’s great because it’s kind of cleaning me out while I’m also fasting (gross, I know), but on the other hand, it is a minor inconvenience. I’m also drinking a LOT of water, so I’m sure that’s contributing to it too. Anyway… with that being said, I take about 3-4 capsules every time I’m starting to feel the effects of my fast. It’s typically about 20 per day, so this bottle is a good deal for someone like me.

Most of the product that is inside the capsules is spilled in the bottle. The capsules don't close well I guess. I had a little discomfort on an empty stomach taking these, but it is tolerable. I would buy them again. Hopefully the capsules are not wasted in all the bottles. Makes me feel 100 percent better after taking them. You don't have to wait too long for them to work.

This really helped a lot when I was fasting. it was hard as hell to do my 7 day water and salts only but it was worth it

The label ALSO reads, “Do not take this product if you have hypertension.” Since I take Lisinopril 20 mg for hypertension I checked with my doctor who said, “Do not take this. You could push your potassium dangerously high.” This product is NOT returnable.

Electrolytes consist of sodium, potassium and magnesium, yes? But it is sodium we need to be most focused on. We lose sodium through sweating ie salt, hence the salty taste of our sweat and our stained hats. Sodium needs to be high. And potassium low. Magnesium can take a back seat here. This is the only product on the market that seems to get this right. Most others have low sodium and/or high potassium. These products makers don't understand the human body. We lose around 600mg of sodium per hour during vigorous exercise. This is one serving of this product. Spot on I am an avid runner and am constantly frustrated with product makers not knowing about the human body, yet make product like they do. Sodium high. Potassium low. Glucose (sugar) required for quicker absorption during exercise. This product gets it Spot on for exercise. As for fasting.....I'm not so sure on the balance required but for exercise, this is the go to. 1 tablet every 20 mins. Job done

fait mal au ventre, surtout quand on jeune je trouve qu'elles s'assimilent mal, mais l'idée reste bonne, revoir l'absorption pour les estomacs sensibles
