Nice product
Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Good stretch and strength. We butchered two AGH for a family member and they wanted the netted ham style. Held up perfectly through the stuffing, brining, and smoking of the hams. Ran to the hardware store and picked up a chimney reducer to hold the netting and act as a funnel since I wasn't about to drop $150+ on a netting funnel and it worked perfectly with this netting. Will definitely be ordering more as we need it.

good product
Using this for curing and smoking hams, and duck, opens up to big enough for a front shoulder of a hog.

Strong and stretchy
I’ve purchased similar items from specialty suppliers in the past, but this sock is the best. I didn’t use any specialty equipment; just my hands. You may wrap your roast in parchment paper and then, once the sock is on, pull it out, but I saw no need to do that with this product. I took my time putting it on, stretching the sock. It held strong. Not one tear or rip. I tied it with butcher’s twine at both ends and it was ready for cooking. I can’t believe how much you get for the price. I’m looking forward to using it in the future for my roasting, baking, smoking, and boiling needs. Highly recommended.

Great for suet
If you are getting the large chunks of suet from the store and are looking for netting to hang them for the birds, this is the size you want to get. Will stretch over them nicely and shrink down as the suet is eaten. On my third roll over the last five years and will keep buying it when I run out.

Works great for hanging meats.
If you are curing meat this works great for hanging your meats in the drying chamber.

Good stuff, more than I needed.q
This ham netting is just as advertised. It is an amazing material, very strong and great stretchability. I am only giving it 3 stars because I was only making 1 ham, and when I tried to stretch it over my ham, it would not go all the way. It only stretches just enough for a small ham, and I also did not use any kind of chute to assist in getting it on. However, I now have enough netting for another 25 hams, which means this will sit in my kitchen drawer for another 19 years. Bottom line, if you are a butcher and have a ham chute, this is perfect for you. If this is your first ham that you are making, you might want to buy a lesser length...and a ham chute.
