I’ve been using this supplement consistently and have noticed a real difference in my joint comfort and flexibility. My knees and shoulders feel less stiff, especially in the mornings and after workouts. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong aftertaste, which is a big plus. I also appreciate the quality ingredients and the combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid all in one formula. My husband and I both take Solgar Glucosamine Hyaluronic Acid Chondroitin MSM. We take two instead of the recommended three. I think it helps keep the joint pain away very well. They are large tablets but you get used to that.

I think my joint pain is eased and less frequent (placebo?), so I think it works well. BUT it very difficult to take these pills: they are NOT for anyone who has difficulty swallowing large pills or who is sensitive to nasty tastes. I have never had a problem with large pills or bad flavors, but I have to make sure to have a flavored drink to wash this down and clear the quite disgusting flavor from my mouth.

Hyaluronic acid is great for joint health and skin health. Been using it for 40 years. When you start taking it, give it time to get into your system. Takes a few weeks.

I started using Solgar Glucosamine when an Orthopedic Doctor told me (5 years ago) that he could operate on my knee, or I could start taking Glucosamine and ride a recumbent bike. I researched and tried different products and found out that Sogar Glucosamine worked the best. I still have knee pain occasionally, not as bad as what I originally had.

These tablets are advised to be swallowed three a day. They are very large with sharp edges and very difficult to swallow.

I have had constant knee pain for years. I am an avid cyclist and usually cycle for about 100kms a week. These tablets significantly reduced my joint pain. Just bear in mind that they are strong tables and you need to take it after meals. Taking it on an empty stomach will make you uncomfortable. Although the recommended dosage is 3 times daily, I was only taking 1 a day after lunch.
