The paperwork says to call them if missing anything. Well, I tried multiple times to call the number provided and nobody ever answered the phone?? Then the product is horrible to try and put together. Once I found a video online I was able to get it set up. Within a few days the tent like pieces broke through the nylon rendering the product completely useless. So I wasted over $100 on a product that I never really got to use and never even had all the complete items.
