Quality product and excellent price
Not my first, or second product I've purchased from elecrow. Compatible with the RPI5, touch screen works flawlessly. I have a 5 inch that's a bit small, this is much better to work with for my eye sight. Easy to use, plug and play. I love this screen size. I used this along with my 5 inch display to make a dual screen go box for amateur radio. Very portable.

Accurate touch screen, decent pixel density
I was impressed by the resolution, I'm excited to see what projects I'll make with this. Ample mounting holes and brackets to attach to a case or mount a micro computer to the back. Basic USB touch device and HDMI input worked perfectly on the computer (on windows you need to calibrate the touch screen so windows knows which screen the touch input is controlling. ) Power switch is a physical switch on the back, so if you want to control the power outside of an enclosure, you'll need to wire something to that. Shouldn't be too hard. Overall very happy with this and looking forward to making some projects with it. Thinking raspberry pi smart-home control panel.

Great value for the money. Nice, but does NOT work with Windows 10!
Excellent value for the money. Worked right out of the box on an older Gateway desktop system running Linux. Great color rendition, and lots of resolution. Not quite as successful on a mini-PC running Windows 10, but I suspect I need to load the special drivers that come with it on a DVD (I have no DVD input to the mini-PC, so I'll have to transfer files using a jump drive) to get proper performance. This is the mini-PC I'm using: Beelink Z83-II Mini PC Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Processor (2M Cache, up to 1.92 GHz) Intel HD Graphics 400, DDR3 2GB + 32GB(C:)/ 1000Mbps LAN/ Dual-Band WiFi/ BT 4.0 [Support Windows & Linux System ] At least, I hope that solves the problem. Update One: It turns out that there are no special drivers needed for Windows. I just needed to reboot the mini-PC, and that got all the proper Windows drivers running. The display on the mini-PC was rock solid, with great definition and color. However, after some testing, I found that the touch portion of the screen interface appeared to be defective. Elecrow was very supportive, and corresponded with me daily to iron out this issue. They even offered to credit me some cash if I wanted to accept the screen with the defect. But touch functionality is necessary for my project, so I am sending this one back to get another - because the display functionality is that good! Update Two: Well, now I know the real issue. This display is compatible with Windows 7, but NOT with Windows 10. According to the Seller, their technician determined that a system running Windows 10 cannot identify the device number correctly (I suspect the touch screen is driven as a mouse, and not a true touch screen, because a USB mouse device "ByQDtech" appears when the display is connected to the computer - other displays similar to this one have the same problem). There may be a software update in the future, but for now, this display does NOT work with Windows 10.

Excellent AIDA64 Sensor Panel monitor
This monitor makes the perfect AIDA64 Sensor Panel display. It uses an HDMI input (cable provided) along with a touch screen/power input (cable provided). The installation is no different than adding a second monitor of any other type and this part is very simple. The back of the monitor is open but this does n't cause any problems since you don't see that side anyway. The monitor does not come with any AIDA64 templates so you will have to create your own, buy one or find a free one to download. Creating your own is not easy unless you already understand how the AIDA64 Sensor Panel definition features work but it's not very difficult to learn and will give you the ability to monitor exactly what you want to see in the way you want to see it. The primary difficulty with defining a sensor panel is that each item on the display must be added individually into AIDA64 using 'x' and 'y' pixel locations which is not hard but is a bit time-consuming. The display in my photo took me at least 2 hours to define but once it's done your custom display will open automatically each time you turn on your computer. The only other issue is making sure you configure Windows for multiple monitors in "extend" mode. There are many videos available to explain the Windows configuration details. This is a highly recommended product.

Well-Made
Well made, no cheapness, this is exactly what you need for a pi project or a tiny screen to watch youtube or stick notepad on, or status monitors.

Solid Little Touchscreen That Just Works
Iโve used a lot of small Raspberry Pi screens and most are either junk or way overpriced. This one actually does what itโs supposed to do. Running it on Raspberry Pi 5 and Pi 4 for dashboards and SDR projects. Plugged it in and it worked immediately. Touch was recognized right away with no driver drama or calibration nonsense. Resolution is fine for this size and perfect for control panels, radar maps, stats, and terminal windows. Touch response is accurate and fast enough that I actually use it instead of a mouse. Build quality is better than expected. The metal frame feels solid and not toy-like. Stand is decent, and itโs easy to mount or integrate into other builds. If you want a reliable 7 inch touchscreen for a Pi without headaches, this is a good pick.

No touch
Touch screen didn't work. Going to an actual store instead of trying to make this junk work. Wasted a lot of time trying different cables and software.

Great quality!
I'm using this with a Mac Mini M1. Super clear, worked right away and I don't experience any lag using mouse or keyboard. Note! It doesn't have a case, the backside is rough and fairly exposed, I will make a stand for it, that will probably do for me.

Great price and offers more options than you night expect
Super little monitor for my Raspberry pi, 7" so not a bad size, and its touchscreen as well. Its very easy to install on the pi, no drivers needed just hook it uo to a USB and HDMI socket. For a small monitor the graphic display is exceptionally good. This monitor is not just for the pi, it can also be hooked up to a laptop, or a desktop, as a second monitor. You use the same connection as the pi, as the monitor takes its power from the USB port. The monitor has buttons on the back for power and also a menu system to adjust various paramiters. The price makes this monitor, one of the best I have used.

Perfect mini monitor
Amazing screen. Worked out of the box, plug and play. It's a perfect third monitor for me I put under my main monitor to watch videos on while working. The resolution fits perfectly with the 7 inch screen making for a very clear and bright picture
