Good fiber supplement
Good supplement, wish it came with a scoop. Sometimes there might be a “chunk” that doesn’t dissolve so you get to chew something with your drink, it happens rarely but does happen. Took a while but feel regular and easy to take if you do protein shakes everyday. No taste and mixes well.

Keeps me feeling full. Perfect addition to protein shake
Tasteless pretty much. I’ve added to coffee, lemonade, cereal with milk, sauces, stir fry, pasta sauce, yogurt. It’s great addition to my protein drink. It helps me both keeping good on the bathroom but it helps me feel more full and snack less. It has been a secret in helping me lose weight.

Great product, you can’t put a price on health!
My doctor recommended this to improved my daily fiber requirement, which is hard to do with our regular diet, even if you try. It desolves without taste into any liquid, amazing quality. I use it in my daily smoothie and it made a positive impact on my gut health. I already re- ordered it, one container lasts me about one month, it is a bit pricy., but I love it!

Good quality
Seems to work as expected and looks consistent in quality. The only problem I have with it, is the opening being too small for my hand when it is running low. I bought a another brand last time with the same quality and I could reach inside. I comfortably fit men's large size gloves, so my hands aren't huge. Maybe a long handle scoop would help...

Undectable
My Nurse Practitioner recommended Benefiber. It is virtually undectable in whatever liquid you add it to. No flavor and not thickening at all. I like it for ease of use and effective.

Now part of my “regular” daily routine
Works really well , and has zero taste and no weird texture. Mixes great in my tea, don’t even need to stir it in. I appreciate that it relieved the constipation gently after just a few days. I noticed the label states it “makes you feel fuller longer” and it does not in my experience, but I didn’t buy it to feel fuller longer.
