Update: these people are incredible to talk with. They have emailed me a recipe that I'm going to try tomorrow morning.... crushed fresh garlic one teaspoon of raw organic honey mixed with the shiliajit and then consumed on an empty stomach. It is going to give incredible energy to your day. I don't understand this shiliajit but it is really intense and lively/lovely to consume. I feel a unique vibration to it that makes me want to say hello to flowers and jump to kiss the birds flying in the sky.... see what I mean this stuff makes you feel like writing a poem or something. I just purchased my second jar and I will continue purchasing from them. As a sideline piece of information .... they are using this shiliajit to help their community out and for me that is always a selling point. I will continue giving updates. Thank you:) Update.... after the review below....the company sent me an email giving me more information which I appreciated.... they always, always, always:) send five extra grams so if you do receive their product in a mess of goo more than likely you will still have you 30 grams plus that you purchased. Just to see if this were true, i measured what was left which, I had put into another container (one much more usable and friendly) and yes I had 30.5 grams in my container. I also want it understood that I do not mind how gooooooey their Shiliajit is at all.... what I mind is the container it is put into. I feel that there are better containers (that would also be less cost to the company) for the buyer to receive their product in which it would makes the companies shiliajit much more manageable to work with for the customer. Anyway I thank the company for their response:) Their response to me was favorable and I appreciate that. I am disappointed with a couple things.... the first.... it is extremely hard to open.... I read the questions buyers had on this subject and tried thier ideas. Basically put it in a coffee cup and pour really hot water over it and let it sit for about 20 minutes then get someone with strong hands to open it. The fridge and freezer suggestions did not work. Second disappointment.... when I did finally get it open .... what a mess. Shiliajit all over the rim lid and the part that the lid screws/twist/turns on too. I diligently tried to not waste nor contaminate the product as I cleaned it trying to save as much of it as I could. I lost a bit of it :( I noticed some pictures from those reviewing this product and maybe I should have taken pictures of the mess because it was more worse than the pictures others had taken and put in thier review. The third disappointment ... after I tried cleaning it I realized it was not going to come clean enough to put the lid back on and use the product in its original container. So all of it is now in a container that has flat walls (and with a lid that won't stick) so that I can easily take out a pea size serving. The jar it comes in should not have a ridge/lip because it is hard to get the shiliajit out of it. This is messy difficult stuff to work with and some of us don't want to waste any of it. The fourth disappointment.... (I've tried three other shiliajit) this shiliajit is odd in flavor and its gooooooeyness is really hard to work with and it feels as though extra niacin (B3) has been added to it. My face flushes and I get hot all over. I landed in the ICU a little over a year ago because of mineral shortages (who would have known one could do that) so I take 15 different minerals (b3 niacin and niacinamide being part of the 15) each day and thought shiliajit would take care of the other minerals lacking in my body and diet. So far I have found one shiliajit that works really well. This not being the one. Anyway I love shiliajit But not this one. The reason three stars is because I like that they are testing this product (hopefully true) and seem to be using this product to help their community out by selling this to the world. Also for a while I plan on using it just to see if the product is better than it seems to have been in the last five days. If it is I will change part of my review:)

For many years, I have tried some good brands of shilajit but I decided to switch to this one because of it’s highest quality. This shilajit is 100% pure and very strong. Shilajit must be free from contaminants and heavy metals. This shilajit is collected in the Himalayas at altitudes above 16,000 feet in locations that have the purest and best shilajit. Shilajit is considered to be the top herb in the Indian medicine, Ayurveda. But be aware that most brands of shilajits are inferior products, they are not pure or have poor quality and can cause health problems or no benefits. Since I started taking it, I got numerous benefits such as high energy, strong immune system (not a cold in more than one year), more stamina and my skin is much better. It has incredible rejuvenating abilities. I take shilajit on an empty stomach, once a day, rice grain size, with warm water or tea or even just put it under the tongue. It can also be taken with warm milk or ghee, according to the Ayurvedic. A few minutes after taking it, I have energy boost and I just feel alive and amazing for the rest of the day. However, the effects are cumulative and you must be consistent and take it on a daily basis for at least two months. Some people will get immediate benefits, but for others the benefits may take some time to appear. It all depends on your health level. For some people it’s recommended not to take too late in the day as it can cause insomnia because of its energetic qualities. Shilajit will change consistency according to its environment and temperature. In warm weather it becomes more soft and easier to handle. STAY AWAY!!! Nothing in nature smells like this!! Very strong smell of gasoline and oil. Mixed with hot water, one sip and spit it out. Terrible taste - seriously gasoline and oil!! They shouldn’t be allowed to market this junk. I’ve had other Shilajit resin and while they had a slight pungent smell they tasted okay in hot water.

I couldn't find the brand I used last time, gave this one a try, I didnt notice a change unlike the last one I used.. all I can say is the last brand had me producing a lot more energy, and not trying to get TOO detailed but I would produce bigger... loads... for my lady lol, still using it and will update if anything changes

Have been using this brand for quite a while and i love it, it used to come with a gold lid, the last two jars i got have black lids and seem less potent, still great but noticeably different in the past 6 months or so. Regardless, highly recommend.

Really good quality Shilajit. You can tell it’s pure and natural, strong taste and easy to dissolve. I’ve been taking it daily since a week and feel more energetic and focused. Great product, definitely worth it!

The ONLY REAL Shilajit on Amazon. You pay more because it is legit—which also means it stinks and does not dissolve well. No problem-totally worth the trouble. I dissolve mine in coffee with a soak, then vigorously stirring. Highly recommend.

After trying cheaper alternatives with no results, I made decision to give this one a go as a last chance. I try & take neat & this one tastes the worst by far. But, maybe that's the difference, as I've noticed a surge in energy & been feeling better in myself. Some skin blemishes have cleared up as well since taking. Will be ordering again & sticking to this brand.

Being a 50 plus male, I don't have the same energy levels as I once did during my 30's. This Shilajit enables me to recapture this period back in time, in regards to exepriencing the energy levels. I find it very potent and pure, it seems to work really well! I often go to the gym around 3-4, or even 5 times weekly now, when previously I struggled with maintaining a 3 day gym routine. On top of the gym, I walk for one hour most days, and feel & have been told I look in amazing shape. The Shilajit has definately been the propellant in regards to providing the motivation, strength, focus, and energy, that enables me to recapture the feeling of being in my 20's!! Love the stuff, and would definately purchase again once this jar is nearing the end, I wish I would have come across Shilajit sooner. It really works! One other thing, I have had some petty weird and wonderful dreams using shilajit, sometimes one or two nightmarish dreams, other times some naughty ones, not sure if this is a side effect? but small price to pay for the benefits.
