What is all included in the box? The pictures and description make it seem like you are just getting 3 items. The vacuum, its base, and the mop.

Question 2

We have deeper grout lines in our tile.  is the suction powerful enough on the i9 model to clean?  also, does the mop, m6, clean deeper grout lines.

S9 will be fine.

The m6 is a very basic mop. I have it set up to run 2 days a week and I g through the house once a month with an actual mop. This does save me time. It will not get into grout lines its 100% for LVP or wood floors.

Question 3

The mopping has Mind of its own. I put it in the kitchen and it goes to living room without cleaning.any thoughts?

Accepted Answer

First, did you let it map the kitchen? If not, then I would suggest that you put something to block it from going into the living room.  This will allow the mop to map the kitchen.  Then you will be able to tell it to mop the kitchen.  If you have mapped the kitchen before, then use the room divider to put the stop marks on the map so the that mop will only go in the kitchen.

Question 4

Can the M6 mop navigate across carpet to clean other hard wood floors?

I don’t have carpet, but it couldn’t navigate over a threshold that was no more than 1/16” thick.  The mop head is in the front and the mounting bracket get hung up on the threshold.  So I would assume it would do the same for carper.  It also would mop your carpet..  I switched to the Roborock vacuum and mopping system and haven’t looked back.  You should give it a look.
