These are sturdy and easy to clean. I don't know how to make pies but I've been using these to cook a pound of hamburger in the oven. I make one big pattie that covers the whole bottom of the pan, cook it in oven for about 35 minutes, and then cut the hamburger into quarters to make 4 hamburgers. Well now I'm going to start freezing them for a meal and then they can go straight into the oven when I'm ready to eat (about 45 minutes at 350). This is the one i tried. Flash freezing first and then using tin foil to cover it to help prevent freezer burn. I haven't ever used pie pans before so i didn't know how well they compare to other brands, but i really like these and will keep buying more until i have enough to start batch cooking to freeze a lot of meals at once... DIY TV dinners. I'm trying to figure out if it's better to use cling wrap to cover the food so i can see what it is. If tin foil is healthier because it has no microplastics, then I'll have to put the pan in a gallon freezer bag (it fits) so i can write on the bag what the meal is. Another idea would be to freeze 1 cup portions of sides and meat separately so i can choose what i want to pull out and put in the pan. Still working on the logistics...

Everything wanted in a classic pie tin except for one dimension: Listed in the 9” category, the description clearly states (my bad for missing so no points off) the interior is only 8 1/2” wide with a larger rim. So ingredient ratios had to be adjusted for lower volume. Agree with other reviewers that this is nice to look at and substantial. Even the logo on the bottom is a nice touch. Not all stainless is the same and we will see if any discoloration happens after the dishwasher. Pleasantly surprised to receive 2…wasn’t sure because the description mentions only one and hoped that hints in the reviews were true. A bargain! Update: Very happy. It passed the dishwasher test; just as shiny and pretty as when it went in. That tells me that the item is true stainless and not some cheap alloy. Yay!

Perfect stainless steel pie tins. At under $5 each, these shiny stainless steel pie tins cannot be beat. And my heart does not ache when someone scratches it cutting pie or goes home with leftover pie and my tin. In fact, I say "Keep it!" Home made and store bought crust bake up perfectly crispy. It is sturdy, does not warp, is easy to clean. I have just purchased my 4th one because at this price, why not stock up? These wash beautifully by hand or in dishwasher. I like having all the same tins as they stack and store uniformly. And I like using stainless (as well as carbon steel and cast iron) for all of my cookware as I am trying to move away from aluminum. I was looking at the 360 stainless steel pie tin but could not justify the $100 price point (for one tin). I'm sure the 360 tin will be thicker and it may even be layered with aluminum cladding... But honestly, I cannot think of how this tin can be improved so I'm glad I didn't splurge for the pricey one. I highly recommend this pie tin. In fact, while I'm here, I'll order two more.

Perfect size and easy to use. Glad I found them and now have them in my kitchen. They are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. The depth is perfect for most pies that I make.

For years, we kept a very old and tarnished steel pie pan for toasting pecans and all kinds of other uses. We purchased this over a year ago and couldn't be more pleased. It easily washes right up after use and keeps its shine. It has become one of those things we didn't know we needed, but are so glad to have now. Highly recommend.

hard to find size. just down from 9 inches. its 8 inches, steel and shallow. bakes pie, brownies, summer veg tarts. cleans like a dream. for a solo its a great hard to find size.

More sturdy than Pyrex, better for health than Non stick. Good to have.

Just the right size for pies and tarts. I have 3 this size and 2 smaller ones. As a seasoned cook wouldn’t be without them.

Cherry, blueberry, apple pies all came out like a nonstick pan. I did not think the polished stainless would work as well but easy to clean.

A good Dish, seems to be good quality and reasonable robust but it arrived damaged. The packaging was a plastic flimsy thin envelope with a single thin lining of bubble wrap. So it was squashed and bent during transit. I reported the damage to Amazon the same day it arrived and they gave me a full refund the day after. 1, Product is good quality. 2, Amazon were excellent. 3, packaging was unfit for purpose. 4, delivery companies used appear to have no interest in over how they treat the stuff in their care.
