Better than Garmin!
I bought this in desperation after I had purchased the official Garmin Dual HR chest strap and had nothing but problems connectivity wise(seriously-avoid). This chest strap has given me no problems whatsoever over a month of regular use. When you connect the press studs it gives you a double beep as confirmation it is working. After disconnecting you get a single beep to confirm cessation. It connects to my Garmin Instinct 2 Solar every time and remains connected through my workouts. This is welcome when you're fitting a run in before work and haven't got time to faff around. My chest strap from Garmin did neither of these things. From all reports the battery should last around 6 months (remember to disconnect the pod from the strap after your workout). I see no reason to doubt this. One bonus I've noticed is that my workout data now shows respiration. I had heard that only official Garmin straps allowed this data to be recorded so to get it from the COOSPO is a nice addition. All in all I'm very pleased with this strap and can recommend it took any other runners looking for a low priced heart rate chest strap.

Very reliable and easy to use
Very easy to use and link with my bike computer, once on I didn't even really notice it around my chest. Gives a better more consistent reading than both my watch and arm monitor. Can't complain at this price compared to some of the others. Just remember to wet the electrode side before use.

Excellent budget HRM when used with conductive gel
After my Polar HRM became too old to work with the latest versions of Android, I did not feel like splashing out on something premium and figured this Coospo HRM was worth a try. My first couple of mountain bike rides with it showed that it worked well but would drop out or report incorrect readings for some of my ride. I replaced the battery to see if that would help and while it did appear to at first, I found that it would still misreport at times with Map My Fitness telling me my heart rate was 70 bpm and my Fitbit Sense 2 saying 135, for example. So I knew something was amiss. Not willing to give up on it, I bought a batch of Ab Flex conductive gel from Amazon and the difference was immediate. Applying a generous amount to either my chest or the HRM band itself meant it never dropped connection and gave me data I could trust. Since the initial teething troubles, I've worn it every ride for the past 3 months and I've been impressed by the reliability. The first replacement battery is just starting to go, I think, as on last night's ride it misreported for some of it and it's been so reliable since I got the gel, that's why I'm putting it down to the battery failing after approximately 15 - 18 hours of use. Which I think is fair enough for that size of battery, although it doesn't report the battery level to my phone and I have to use a multi-meter to verify that the voltage has dropped - that's why I've knocked a star off. I had never heard of the Coospo brand before I bought this HRM but I see now that they make other cycling related products and I wouldn't hesitate to try something else of theirs.

Poor durability
At first it was great but 9 months in and it won’t switch on. Tried changing the battery etc… Contacted their support but they’ve not responded. Bit of a shame really as I didn’t expect to last as long as my previous Garmin heart rate strap (14 years) but I was expecting to get a couple of years (at least) out of it. But cheap, buy twice.

Very good and easy to use.
I have been using this since March. It arrived with a flat battery, but that was easily replaced. Linked to my Samsung phone very easily and I now use it nearly every day with the Kinomap rowing machine app on my phone. Still using the same battery I put in in March too!

For the money, best HRM I’ve owned so far.
So I’ve used this for 2 months now. I train 10+ hours a week, cycling, running and weightlifting in the gym. Over the years I’ve been through 3 Wahoo Tickr and 4 Garmin HRM Pro heart rate straps. Both of these branded Heart rate straps have not lasted me longer than 6- 12 months before stopping working. When my 3rd Wahoo died on me I decided to take a gamble on the cheapest HRM I could find for a mad laugh as I had nothing to lose considering I seam to have no luck with straps twice and 3 times as much as this one. So far it’s been spot on. It’s accurate, responsive and comfortable (more comfortable than my more expensive ones). The data is clean and doesn’t drop out and it beeps twice when it’s connected and once when it’s disconnected. This is such a handy feature in my opinion. I’m an extremely heavy sweater and it has stayed functional when drenched. Only thing that you need to make sure you do with this monitor is to disconnect the unit from the strap when you have finished using it otherwise it seams to drain the battery. I’m interested in how long this will last compared to my previous far more expensive straps that let me down so often in the past. Don’t be put off by the low price as this seams to be a quality product.

Accurate and easy to use, but be sure to remove battery between workouts
I've owned this monitor for two years now and it been faultless, as long as you do a couple of important things. Firstly wet the strap before you put it on... I just dip my fingers under the tap and draw them along the back of the strap. It auto senses when you put it on and starts automatically with a beep and then bluetooth broadcasts your HR I had previously been using my garmin watch to measure HR and connect to my Rowing machine, however I found these readings were pretty unreliable, this on the other hand is very accurate, if I'm doing an interval workout for example the HR rise and fall is tracked perfectly. Now here's the second thing you must do... take the battery out each time you finish using it, its as simple as giving it a twist with you thumbnail. The device is supposed to auto switch off when you take it off, but even if you unclip the sensor connectors, it sometimes starts picking up stray signals, probably cos its a bit sweaty! I take the bat out each time and they last over a year, and I work out at least 5 times a week. It broadcasts two different signals, either of which work, and makes it compatible with a very wide range of devices. I use it with my Garmin watch ans Concept PM5 rowing monitor with no problems at all. Much cheaper than other devices I have seen ands makes you workout data so much more meaning full knowing the HR data is spot on In Summary PROS Very accurate and reliable if you wet the contact surfaces compatible with wide range of devices using dual protocol signals Long Battery life- AS long as you take the battery out each time! CONS No on/off switch, so you need to take the battery out each time to ensure it doesn't run the battery down (....did I mention that?!)

Better than Garmin hr straps in my experience
Great little unit at a great price. Essentially got sick of expensive garmin hr that went through batteries at a rate of knots and then stopped working after a couple of years- I've had five of them now. This does the job perfectly. Had this Coospo for six months, use it for about 1hr 40 mins 4/5 times a week and just done the first battery change. Connects to my 1040 bike computer without issue and gives all the info I need. Vs Garmin this gives does the same thing ( more reliably so far at least) at a fraction of the price- bargain

Poca spesa tanta resa.
Fa quello che deve, è ben fatto ed esteticamente piacevole e funziona perfettamente in abbinamento al mio Garmin 530 edge. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

realiable HRM strap
bought it as short replacement for my HRM Pro from Garmin, as i left it by my parents place. It is clearly simpler item and more bulky with the strap clip which not as comfortable as by Garmin. But it does its job. Straps can be replaced and cleaned easily. Perfect as spare replacement HR strap for winter running. Or to keep always in the travel bag in order to have some in case main one gets forgotten.
