TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I'd recommend giving them a shot! I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets-- their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.) Though a far cry from athletic, I've found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important-- I've tried flavorless drops and I don't remember to use them on a regular basis because it's not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor! When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I'd give them a shot and just chug them if needed. I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most 'tolerable,' and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn't have to return the 'oops.' Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I'd find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I'd now have a large supply of them, heh!) To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I've tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both-- of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don't usually like it anyway, but it's actually pretty good! They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks-- not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they're pretty great. I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don't all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you'll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly. Based on the flavors I've tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find 'most tolerable' as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I'll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte mixes and these Nuun Sport tablets are easily my favorite. They dissolve quickly, are easy to take on the go, and provide a great balance of electrolytes. What really stands out is the taste. I actually prefer these over Liquid IV because they’re much less sweet and don’t have that artificial flavor. The taste is light and refreshing, which makes it easy to drink regularly. The mixed flavors are a nice bonus and keep things from getting boring. If you want effective hydration without the sugary taste of most electrolyte mixes, these are a great option. Highly recommend.

Perfect way to keep yourself hydrated. Used throughout pregnancy and BF to keep hydrated and has electrolyte. Dissolves quickly and easily. Great taste!

Several flavors of sugar free seltzer electrolyte tablets. I buy the tablets because they are sugar free. Gatorade is not sugar free.

Great for recovery after running! I can tell that these help my hydration and they taste great! Sometimes they take a while to dissolve and you have to make sure to wait and then mix well otherwise the flavor does not disperse well.

We’ve been using nuun for about 5 years now and I love this product so much more than liquid IV. I am not a fan of the sickly sweet liquid IV formulations- and even the sugar free versions are way too sweet. I’d much rather have something low sugar that isn’t full of a ton of dye for myself and my kids. IV is like opaque level dye load in your water and this is pretty see through. I’m not drinking it for the dye so I’m happy with that. Also I like the fact that it stores nearly in my pantry and I don’t have this big bag falling over all the time with all these little powder packets (so much fun to clean up). I use these during summer (it’s routinely over 100 here) to stay hydrated, they were great while breastfeeding to increase and maintain supply, and to biohack an impending hangover (which due to perimenopause can be from only one or two glasses of wine sometimes). I switch to the immunity formula in the winter and put half of one in my elementary school age kid’s water bottle. (Hint- use a bottle with an open lid/no straw or let it fizz out before putting on the lid. Otherwise you’ll have the liquid displaced by trapped carbon dioxide from the reaction of the tablet fizzling and it will come out your kids sippy cup straw & top and make a mess.) We bring these sleeves camping as well. I keep thinking I’ll be creative enough to reuse the water tight plastic containers for something but so far I haven’t. They’d probably make a good non-child safe pill case for your bag or something though. Overall this is a great little product- effective and convenient without too much of the sugar and dyes you don’t need.

I love these! They work and keep me hydrated very well. They work fast and I feel a difference almost immediately. They are very convenient and I love the small tube storage for easy to carry.

I’m happy with this product and will buy again, but I do want to point a few things out so you know what you’re getting into, lol. I like the convenience of this product, toss a tube in my gym bag and all I have to do is drop a tablet into my shaker cup and bam, electrolytes easily. I also like that each tablet has everything needed for proper hydration with only 1g sugar. The taste is very bland, but that doesn’t bother me much because I don’t care for stuff that is too sweet, like Liquid IV, but it’s a little too bland, I don’t mind adjusting.. (just keep that in mind). Another odd thing is that it seems carbonated. Not hardcore like a soda, but it’s def on the carbonated side. I gave it 4 stars because it’s hella bland and kinda carbonated. lol. Overall, Nuun offers proper hydration with 1g of sugar, so I’ll adapt!

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that's good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I'll get the package in 1 piece

Tablets are good and seem to help with my hydration as I live in a very humid country (singapore). Downside is the tablet is to bit to fit in a water bottle so have to put in a glass or sports bottle.
