i bought this product 1000g.I received it and when i opened bottle cap the paper protector did not lock!protector paper was on bottle cap!is it safe?

I bought from GNC online store directly for 4-5 times already, seems like every time one of bottles’s inside seal was cracked open in the middle. It doesn’t look like a man made open, and the missing PCs was sealed to the cap. I would say it happens on the online store products. However, the cap seal vacuum seal was intact, it was just the paper seal inside.

Yes you can. It's easily mixed because its a fine powder and can't even taste it :). I put both into my pre and post work out protein shake. If you're big into lifting I would use it 3 times a day.
