Worst experience
Very bad customer service. Eventhough it clearly stated for sublimation purpose.customer services people saying epson not producing sublimation printer and also I don't get warranty because I use sublimation printer which come with the printer.the service person not even willing to come saying that it is a regular printer and not image printer they cannot do anything .so company is given false descriptions about product publicaly and toll free number people saying that they have only provision to provide customer service number.totaly misguiding information is given
