Mandala String Art

I found out about this book from following a wonderful artist, Kevin Fernandez, whose hyperboloids I've been fascinated with for quite a while. I've wanted to experiment with threading and this book is absolutely worth it. It comes with easy to follow in detail instruction and lots of pictures/illustrations alongside, many different shapes and forms to follow. My favorite part is that it doesn't simply contain step by step guides, but also dives into how these forms are created, so I'm actually getting a skill, not just blindly repeating the steps. Wonderful book.

I wish the book had more detailed instructions on how to make those shapes. It seemed to me that the author implies lot of things that are not on surface to understand for newbies like me. But if you keep figuring out, eventually you will.
