Good for transcription
Reproduction is clear and sharp but bass gets muted as the higher notes dominate. There is no information on the tracking force setting for the stylus or on the composition and geometry of the tip. Also the gold plated part that mates with the cartridge is shorter than the original N44-7 but it works all the same. The performance may dissapoint those who are used to the fuller sound of the original stylus. However it may be suitable for transcribing vinyl to tape.
