Setton Farms Premium Pistachios, Dry Roasted with Sea Salt, 3lb Bag (48 oz)

Good pistachios at a fair price. There were very few empty shells in this 3-pound bag, and almost none were discolored. They tasted fresh. With the price of nuts rising, this is a fair deal.

Fresh and good tasting. Perfect patio snack while watching a baseball game.

These are so much better than the 'other' somewhat wonderful brand - large nuts, almost everyone was cracked open and no nuts that a over down like charcoal and taste terrible. Very few empty shells.

Mostly large, with a very small amount of small nuts. Occasional off tasting one, but didn't cause stomach issues. Just the right amount of salt. Overall, this is a great alternative to the other brand that dominates, and at an an attractive price point.

The nuts are very tasty and nice I might buy again my biggest problem was the carrier delivery was bad

I am very pleased with these pistachios. Easy to open without a nutcracker. They are fresh and since I am a saltaholic, I would say add some more salt to the order. I give five stars and when my bag is empty I am ordering another bag.

I’ve been buying Wonderful Pistachios for YEARS now but they were recently out of stock. I’M SO HAPPY that they were, because I never would have found Setton Farms Pistachios otherwise! These pistachios are FAR superior to Wonderful in almost every way. There are no ‘closed’ shells like Wonderful (which I end up wasting and throwing away), the nut meats are consistently at least 5-10% larger than Wonderful, the roasting and salting process just delivers a tastier product, and so far none of those ‘sour’ tasting bad nuts. The ONLY downside is that Setton Farms doesn’t use a resealable bag. This is a bummer especially on the 3lb bags which you’d want to keep fresh and sealed over a longer period of time. The only other odd ‘downside’ (in quotes on purpose) is a downside for Setton Farms—because their nuts are bigger, I find myself eating fewer of them! I eat a couple handfuls every night as someone recommended them to me as a sleep aid due to the high amounts of Tryptophine (sp?)—and it really works!!! Delicious, AND a great sleep aid!
