I was skeptical about taking this product but it really works for weigh loss. I have been taking daily for a few months and have lost 8 lbs. I did not change my diet at all, and it works anyway. I feel full after a meal and dont over eat.

I felt nauseous after taking 3 pills a day
I took it for 5 weeks, gradually until I took 3 pills a day, with breakfast, lunch and before bed. Unfortunately, I started to feel nauseous all day and couldn't take it anymore. Needless to say I lost weight as I couldn't eat as I felt to nauseous. It may work very well for others.

GREAT Product
I struggle with my diabetic medication. My fasting sugars are always high in the morning and then stay elevated throughout the day. Taking this supplement, my blood sugar is around 100 two (2) hours after eating, my appetite is less, my fasting sugars are way improved, and my weight is down a little. I know that medication affects everyone differently, but this medication is really helping my blood sugar control, cravings and weight.

DO NOT BUY....formula changed does not work!!!
I took these wth great success for a year. Now they do not work at all...difference in color I saw right away....tried them anyway and they do not curb my appetite at all!!!! I lost 15 lbs on the original formula and my blood work improved like crazy:) Buy a different brand...I did and it is working pretty well. I may keep looking but will not buy Naomi products again.
