After being diagnosed with an Achilles issue I was advised to get heel inserts to reduce the strain on my Achilles. I’ve gone from hobbling around to bashing out a 6 mile walk today and being relatively pain free. I used two inserts in my flatter trainers and my mobility and been transformed. I find two inserts stick really well, there’s no slipping or movement when walking and the gel is so comfortable. Who knew something so simple could be so transformative.

These are great, 3rd lot ordered so I can have ready in all my shoes. Versatile, easy to use, good quality and they last.

The height could have been a bit higher and longer but they were comfortable.

Doesn't make the pain go away but it certainly helps if you're on you're feet all day

The item was good, just right to fit in my shoe to make up the discrepancy in the length of my legs which has help with my back pain.

They are just as described, very sticky so must be placed carefully, they work , I had hip replacement surgery and my leg ended up slightly longer than the other. These have rectified that difference,

I broke my leg my femur after a hip replacement in rehab unfortunately, the broken leg came out longer, so I have to wear a lift., these are great the best ones I have found soft cushiony they give you enough so you can customize to exactly what you need. Beautiful material well-made I highly recommend.
