unit cut on fire as soon as it was installed
we installed the unit on the last day of return, which immediately burned from the fire trying to get the $$$ back

Works well, easy to install and use.
This is my second unit. The first one worked great and the new one works equally well. I would have given it a 5 star rating however, I believe that 7 years might be on the low end of expected lifetime.

The internet is right
My friend Alex thinks his other brand tankless water heater is better, but he’s wrong. This one is grey and matches our truck. That makes it at least 1.00066473 times better.
