Item arrived on time and packaged well. Ordered 1 O.D. X 3/4 THICK X 3/8 I.D. spacers and 5/16 - 18 X 2 Long bolts for install. Added 12 inches of extra wire. Very easy install, takes about an hour to do. Im very pleased with the ride after cutting a one acre lawn. I have it adjusted very firm since I'm 280 pounds. It does raise your center of gravity so use extra caution on slopes or hills. I feel it's worth the money, my back appreciates it. I have a Cub Cadet ZT1 50 and fit perfectly.

I have a 2023 Country Clipper XLT C310. This seat suspension kit fit almost perfectly. I did have to drill two holes in the top plate to bolt the seat on. No drilling to the mower itself was requited. It took about 30 minutes to complete the installation. Though it is heavier, the seat still folds forward as before. The slide rails are also still functional, but they do seem to be more difficult to move. I did have to reroot the wire for the seat safety switch a bit. And it must be plugged in before you put the back bolts in. All in all, I was pleased with how simple the installation went. The ride is considerably better. I weigh about 160 pounds and needed to adjust the tension dial quite a few turns softer to achieve the best ride.

Packages should be created for various branded tractors with spacers and appropriate length bolts. It’s a premium priced upgrade and should either be a complete kit or different kit with options for specific tractors at an increased price. Great product but still required separate spacers, box store run for longer bolts, and washers under the sliding seat rails to not bind the lever. Total additional stuff less than $10 but would have paid $20 more to not have to run around or get creative.

This was a direct bolt on (no drilling required) for my 2021 Scag Freedom Z. I did have to add 3/4” spacers (not provided) between the seat and suspension kit to accommodate the seat switch plug. Also had to add 3/4” spacers (not provided) below suspension kit to allow for suspension travel. Both sets of spacers required me to get longer bolts (1-3/4”), which were not provided. Also had to lengthen the wiring to the seat switch plug. Overall happy with the product. Seems to be good quality.

I added the Trac Seat to my Zero Turn mower. The improvement in the ride is exactly what I was hoping for. The sturdy spring suspension in the unit absorbs the bumps in an imperfect lawn, allowing you to mow faster, and in comfort. I am very happy with my purchase! Installation instructions are general, but sufficient. I needed to add 3/4 inch spacers to raise my seat above the top of the unit to accommodate the safety switch under my seat. (It is important to reconnect the safety switch wires before tightening down the seat to the suspension unit.) The suspension tension springs adjust to your preference of cushioning with the front mounted turn handle. The handle pulls out to make adjustments, and pushes back in (out of the way) when completed. Adjustment is made by "feel", as there is no numerical scale to judge the amount of suspension tension being applied. All in all, it is a great item, and highly recommended.

Game Changer.. Get it, your back will thank you... Watched a YouTube video on the secret to installing it, pretty simple but watch the kill switch cord, I did extend mine for easier installation. Heavy Duty product. Awesome.

I purchased THIS seat specifically bits made in USA. I got it on my new simplicity but I needed, longer bolts & washers. It raised my seat over 4 inches to clear the seat safely switch. To make this fit you need 1 a longer safety switch wire. 2 longer bolts to fit 2 inches of stacked washers 3 about 16- 24 washers. Now the seat is extremely high. The steering bars barely fit over my thighs. The improvement in ride is not noticeable. Simplicity already has sprung suspension. But for my mower I don't feel a noticeable improvement. But in up very high. It's ridiculous. I knew buying it the seat would be higher, 2 1/2 inches I understood according to this product but what they don't tell you is the seats switch will NEVER fit with the hardware they provide. The switch is about 2 inches tall itself which Trac-seat does not tell you or provide an alternative too. So what do they offer? You can order MORE parts from Trac-seat , a longer wire, spacers, longer bolts etc. so now your new suspension seat went from $175 to about $275 & the seat is ridiculously high. Now you have to adjust the drive arms. I did not buy extra parts. I found Ionger bolts & numerous washers to make it fit. It took 4 washes , a spacer & an extra Nut on all 4 corners of my seat to make it work. It looks really bad. It's too high & when I decided to return it I'm told that Amazon does not provide the return. No After Trac-seats gets my return they will decide my return amount AFTER a 40% restocking fee.!!! Trac-seat you won't be in business long! Just give people the hardware they will need in the first place & let them know their seat will be 4inches higher than previous. I would NEVER recommend this seat to anyone ! This is a rip off. Especially knowing I'll need more hardware & than charging a 40% restocking fee at Minimum!! This is a poorly designed product ! This product requires a lot of extra hardware! This product raises your seat 4-5 inches higher! This product requires at minimum 40% restocking feet if returned (probably because half of people wanted to return it or more) This product is bad in every way possible. I'll probably sell mine on eBay & purchase a suspension seat from Briggs & Stratton that actually works. I'm kicking myself for this one. Bad return policies says a lot about a company & the product they sell. If you're not gonna stand behind your product, don't sell it in the first place. That's the American way!

Some mowers may need modifications. I a Cub Cadet T50 lawn tractor and even though it wasn.t listed I decided to take a chance. When I first looked at it I decided it wasn't going to work and requested a return. The return was authorized no questions asked but I looked at it some more and I am glad I did. I went to the local hardware store and picked up a 12" v 12" x 1/4" steel plate and a foot of 2x2 angle iron and a bunch of 3/8" bolts, nuts, washers and spacers and a couple of hours later it was installed. I just came in from mowing my lawn and couldn't be more pleased. This thing smoothed out my washboard lawn and I no longer felt the back pain I usually have when I am done mowing. So glad I didn't return it.
