Arrived in a small clear bag - good amount for the money - however does have what I feel is like a real moss odour to it. Definitely dry and useable. Maybe some airing out of the bag would help reduce any smells - time will tell.

I brought this moss to go around the base of my faux olive tree. It has worked really well and I am very happy with the finish. When delivered its all in one clump but very easy to break into the individual strands to give a natural look. The colour is a very natural moss colour. I brought 3 bags in total but only needed one to cover a small layer across the top of my 28cm diameter pot so had to return the other 2. One of the images made it seem like you got a lot less than you actually get so I did over order. Once you pull the large clumps apart, it fluffs up into a good quantity. Only downside is that there is some dust and holes in the bag that it was delivered in so it can get quite messy when assembling but once in place, its no problem.

Not as described. This is dried real moss and smells like dried grass. I wanted fake moss and am not happy. Many other reviews state the same. I could have got this out of my garden for free

Additionally, I was surprised at how much **dust and debris** was in the pack. It required shaking out before use, and even then, some fine particles remained, which detracted slightly from the clean, polished finish I was going for. Perfect for my fake olive tree! I stuffed the base with tissue paper then only needed about half of the bag of moss to put on top! A little goes a long way! And it isn’t messy if you do it carefully

When it arrives it is vacuum packed in a bag. I took my time prising the moss apart & realised there was more than enough to cover the base of my faux olive tree. The colour tone is very natural & perfectly compliments my faux olive tree. This moss is very versatile & would be great utilised with craft projects. Value for money & very easy to use.

Pretty pleased with this - one pack has done the surface of two big pots under faux plants in my living room, and there’s still some left in the bag. As another reviewer said I don’t think it’s artificial as it looks and feels like, and has the bits of twig and undergrowth you’d expect to find in, real moss. However I’d much rather that than something bright green and obviously fake. A bit messy to tease out from the bag and place in the pot but a few sheets of newspaper down avoided too much to be hoovered up.
