Glucosamine not only supports the health of joint tissue but of every cell of connective tissue in the body. Our skin is made up of a lot of this tissue and when we age it losses strength and integrity. I take this for anti aging along with either soy or sunflower lecithin in high doses. It has made my legs feel smooth as silk and has began to smooth out minor cellulete after about 2.5 months. I'm starting to see improvement in my facial skin as well but it is more gradual. Even when I was young I never had silky skin like this. Another effect I've noticed is that I feel like my brain is working better. I can think more clearly and feel more organized and have improved memory. Not sure if that is from the lecithin or this or both. OH, ahem, one might notice a drastic improvement in hemmoroids after continued use of this supplement and healthier gums and mouth tissue as well. I never really put much thought into it before but every tissue cell in the body is held together by connective tissues cells so it only makes sense that a myriad of improvements would begin to emerge when these cells are nourished.

After knee surgery (arthoscopy) my doctor recommended that I take glucosamine with chondroitin. Several months later, he advised using the glucosamine without the chondroitin. Although it was hard to find at the time, I was able to research and find some at the retail store, but not the quality that I have found in this brand, Schiff Glucosamine 2000mg with Vitamin D3 and Hyaluronic Acid. It seems to be working...my hands (that had had carpal tunnel surgery) are not as swollen and painful as they had been.

I was skeptical about this brand of glucosamine. I had tried some in the past and did not feel a difference. I was very impressed how fast I felt a difference. I wanted to make sure I was not making up things and believing that I did feel a difference so quick, so I gave it a two week period and I must say that they are the best I have tried. I workout on a regular basis and it is so much easier for me to accomplish my exercise! I am now on bottle number two and I do recommend them with all honesty.

Good price on a good product. I can't always find glucosamine with Vitamin D3, so now I can always get it.

Both of us (dog owner and the dog) need a little muscle/joint relief and this does the trick. Can't find locally in this dosage or without a number of unneeded additives (the vitamin d3 is ok) so we are relieved to find it here.

I was using another brand of Glucosamine getting a 30 day supply at a cost considerable higher that Schiff's 75 day supply. I was taking 5 pills a day and now it's only 2. I called customer service to determine the amount of product which is 1000mg per pill opposed to the other brand at 500mg per pill. Brand #1 $50 for 30 day supply Brand #2Schiff $16 for 75 day supply.. Being on a fixed income . That is almost a $600 savings. I feel confident that the comfort I feel is no different than the expensive brand

The pains of getting older. My sister actually suggested Glucosamine for achy knees. I had used Glocosomine for many of my dogs for just this problem but never thought of it for human use. She had checked with her doctor and found that it was just as good for human use in the same way. It has helped remove the knee aches and pains that have been slowly getting worse over the last years. It takes about 4 to 6 weeks to actually feel the improvement.

This has been by far the best joint renew/glucosimine product I have used to date. My list is long of products I have tried and all have worked to some degree but this is by far the best. The relieve is all day and night, I have no proof per say other than the way it feels I think it heals as well as relieves aches. I take two in the morning everyday. I work 4 days a week cardio and free weights. Give it a try I think you'll be happy
