Had this installed by a professional as even he said it was way huge and would need to customize a support bracket. But there it is... Full surround with a USB powered HDMI adapter that allows our tablets or phones to use the bluetooth for sound through the stereo and great video. For long road trips this is a way to keep the children from asking the are we there yet question.

Missing remote manufacturer is horrible and amazon customer service is horrible couldn’t get anyone to help me. Unit is manufactured horribly.no help from amazon or the supplier

Decent. Only 2 hidden rca inputs, and one visible hdmi. Zero audio outputs and sound quality and volume is horrible. Quiet and scratchy. Picture is good. Sleek and easy install.

Great tv, I use the Apple Av to hdmi adapter and works great. Make sure you use the original one from apple to have most apps stream to your tv. I also got some movies in MP4 format in a USB stick. Works great! No CD necessary For speakers I end up using a portable FM one. Haven’t tried the headphones yet.

My review is more like 3.5 stars. There are some good and some bad. I had this unit installed by professionals for my Sprinter van some time in November 2024 and finally coming around to writing this. The way it was installed, the unit only works when my vehicle engine is running, which kind've sucks. It tucks up nicely on my overhead shelf and looks decent enough. You can adjust the color of light that peaks out of the unit which is kind've cool if you care about that. Video quality is okay, sound quality is just alright but loud enough for my kids even on the highway. I had no issue connecting the unit to my radio and playing sound through FM (or AM I forget exactly) and that helps improve the sound a bit, but I believe I noticed slight lag between the sound and what was going on on the screen, maybe your results will be different. The HDMI and usb inputs on the side are too close together though, and I found that I only have either the HDMI plugged in or the usb stick, but not both, kind've a let down as I was hoping to just leave the usb stick plugged in and switch back and forth. The remote that comes with this unit is honestly CHEAP and low quality. I'm waiting for the day for me to press one of the buttons too hard and for it to break. If anyone knows of a good replacement let me know. The build of the unit is plastic and does not feel very premium even though it costs so much. The screen looks like it wobbles alot when I am driving, but my kids haven't complained. You can get a much better QLED TV for the same price as this unit, but obviously not as compact as this. The user interface honestly feels like something from the early 2000's and is horrendous to look at but otherwise gets the job done. I connect a Roku stick, connect it to my cell phone wifi and my kids are happy. So overall, if you absolutely need a flip down monitor for your vehicle, I would still recommend this. Just know it is not the most premium feeling product. And I looked around for awhile and honestly I think the market is limited on choices for flip down monitors for vehicles, so this might be your best bet, let me know if you find something better.

Had it installed by Geek Squad, they said it was the largest flip down screen they'd ever seen. I use a chrome cast to stream content from my phone.
